303 | The article is dedicated to the question of uniqueness of Russian art of dance and its educational potential. Russian dance, Russian song, Russian melody – an integral part of Russian folk art culture, allow a nation living in the same territory, to realize itself as a whole, to have the same values and moral ideals. Russia is a huge multinational country, but most of its population is Russian, which in the whirlwind of political, economic and social problems of lost traditions, morality and great dance is the heritage of its people. Studying ways to preserve and promote Russian folk dance at the time when every nation defends its uniqueness and independence, is becoming the most important. New time creates new values, new tastes, trends, rhythms and preferences. The loss of the traditions of the past damages both the national culture of the country and the whole of mankind. It addresses the issue of playing on the stage of the best examples of Russian art of dance. Currently, a large part of all stage works in Russia, one way or another connected with the art of dance, are the material of modern choreography borrowed from Western culture, so the Russian dance has become an impersonal set of certain elements of dance, sometimes having nothing to do with it. As a consequence, there was a partial loss of educational potential inherent in the Russian dance. The examples of the distinctive regional forms of Russian dance, are formed under the influence of weather and household characteristics. As a result, every region of Russia has both general and its unique Russian folk dance forms. In this case, the age limit stages are practically the same, but since the mechanisms of transmission of dance experience, used in traditional culture is lost, then at this stage there is a purposeful learning and teaching dancing skills. 305 | This article is devoted to the problem of methodological substantiation of socio-pedagogical strategies for supporting students with disabilities. The data of the Russian and world statistics are presented, the ideas of integrated support and the essence of the strategic paradigm are revealed in the context of this category of students, the essence of the concept “strategy” is analyzed, social and pedagogical strategies and their role in supporting students with disabilities are presented. Federal Law No. 181-FZ from November 24, 1995 (as amended on 20.07.2012) “About the Social Protection of People with Disabilities in the Russian Federation” suggests that the limitation of life is the total or partial loss of the person’s ability or ability to self-service, move independently, orientate, communicate, control their behavior, learn and engage in work. Depending on the disorganization degree of the body’s functions and the limitation of vital activity, a disability group is established for people recognized as disabled. Pedagogical support (according to O. S Gazman, T. V Anokhina, S. I Popova, etc.) is a “system of pedagogical activity” and “the process of sharing with the child the definition of his own interests, goals, opportunities and ways to overcome obstacles (problems)”. Traditionally, in the pedagogical science, the strategy is understood as the regular, appropriate, managed (self-governing) positive changes in the organization itself (goals, content, managing methods and forms of the pedagogical process) and its management system, which leads to the achievement of qualitatively new results in the education, upbringing and students’ development. The pedagogical support strategy is understood broader and considered not only in the context of new learning outcomes, upbringing and development of students with disabilities, but also in the context of realizing the ideas of tolerance, socialization, in-house training, comfortable educational environment formation, taking into account the characteristics of both the students themselves and internal and environmental educational organization, leading to the achievement of qualitatively new results of education, upbringing and development of students, and to achieve social effect. To implement comprehensive support for students with disabilities, the following social and pedagogical strategies are most significant: corporate unity strategy, partnership strategy and individual self-realization strategy. 306 | The production practice is an important component of the vocational training for students of master’s degree program. It contributes to the formation of key competences of masters and the development of their professional experience, allows to assess the effectiveness of the development of the educational program. Evaluation of the students’ activities based on the results of the practice has its own characteristics and differs from the assessment of their knowledge and skills in academic disciplines. This requires defining the criteria and levels of their evaluation in practice. There are three types of practice during the Master’s studies for teachers. The result of all research and teaching activities of students is pre-graduation practice. Based on its results, the issue of admission to the defence of the final qualifying work is considered. In the article, the author raises the problem of assessing the professional competencies of the graduate students of psychological and pedagogical education following the results of industrial practice. The author considers the options offered in the literature for revealing the level of their formation, reveals the tasks, content, peculiarities of the organization of research activity, types of assignments for pre-graduation practice of students studying in the direction “Psychological and pedagogical education (Psychology and pedagogy of preschooler development)”. The experience of the Tomsk State Pedagogical University in determining the level of development of general professional and professional competencies is used: first (low), second (middle), third (high). The indicators and criteria for the manifestation of the competences of masters teachers based on the results of industrial (pre-graduation) practice are singled out and described. The article proposes a criterial-level approach to the organization of the pre-graduation practice of students of a master’s degree in the educational environment of a pedagogical university. The levels of manifestation of general professional and professional competencies are defined and characterized: critical, sufficient, advanced. 307 | In modern society, police service is a complex activity. It requires great intelligence, outstanding character features, readiness to serve citizens in the interests of the personality, the state and society. Due to the changes in the social role of law enforcement agencies, the implementation of innovative technologies and modern technology into policing, police officers require a high level of education, new skills, such as research, communication, critical thinking, mastering new ways of communicating and working with information, developing self-development skills with the purpose of identifying oneself in professional activity, understanding of various social problems and the ability to solve them. To ensure a comprehensive approach to the realization of a person-oriented education of police staff, it is necessary to create a scientific and methodological platform for the formation of step-by-step vocational training, which enables the formation, development and improvement of professional readiness, professional education, professional culture. In order for professional police education to successfully fulfill its forecast functions, its structure, organization, content and methods of implementation should be perspective-oriented, which is possible only with the scientific provision of the educational process. In this sense, the experience of professional training of police staff in the Federal Republic of Germany as an established system of continuous professional police education based on a scientific basis is of interest. As the result of the scientific provision of the educational process, the necessary reaction is provided to the constant change of legislation, the appearance of new types and methods of committing crimes, the variability of the police’s social roles, the need to adjust the professional activity of police officers, adapt them to emerging life realities and conditions of service. The authors consider the general tendencies of supplementation of the scientific component and professionalization of labor activity on the basis of an analysis of the results of the research activities of the Saxony Police Institute. 308 | Synergetic approach in pedagogy allows us to consider development of teacher’s competence as a self-organization process of complex structure. At the same time it becomes possible to use synergetic modeling and to find new approaches to the organization of teacher’s self-education and self-development, to give it humanistic traits – subjectivity, activity, consideration of individual needs. Synergetic modeling has several advantages. It allows to consider complex self-organizing systems, such as social groups, complex personality structure. Synergetic approach allows us to consider the social system using the principles developed in synergy: homeostasis, hierarchical, non-linearity, openness, instability, dynamic hierarchy, observability. Synergistic approach used in management, replacing technocratic management, gives possibilities of a soft impact on self-development of teachers through environmental management options. Based on the synergistic approach, it is possible to design the change of the educational environment with creation of disequilibrium points to initiate teacher’s self-development. This approach is of particular relevance in the development of the research competence of the teacher, since it forms the skills of activity in the situation of uncertainty, openness, activity, readiness for a wide range of variants of the development of events. By controlling the environment at the bifurcation points, you can initiate the process of self-development of teachers, which opens up opportunities for improving the quality of education Keywords: synergetic approach, education, self-development, research competence | 958
309 | The notions “urban environment”, “urban object”, “urban resource” are traditionally discussed by such sciences as urban studies, economics, sociology and others, but the development of new directions in education also includes them in pedagogical research, in particular in the field of educational urban studies. There is a need to identify opportunities to consider these concepts in terms of their educational potential and to determine their place in modern education. To do this, let us review the sources and formulate approaches to the definition of key terms of educational urban studies. The concept “environment” is usually defined in two ways – as a set of physical conditions and as a human environment. Interpreting this approach in an educational context, the second meaning can be interpreted as a set of citizens’ activity practices, including educational ones. The urban educational environment is a system of three levels: macro-level, mesolevel and micro-level. The meso- and micro-levels are the most interesting for the study of educational potential. In urban planning, urban objects as elements of the urban environment are classified by function, affiliation, and operator. These features determine the programmability of the object in terms of its educational potential for citizens. An urban object becomes educational only if a citizen endows it with educational value, using it for their formal, non-formal, and informal educational practices. Educational resourcefulness is determined not only by resources of the object itself, but also by resources of a person using it. Educators possessing the competences of an urban teacher can become guides to discovering educational resourcefulness of a city and organizers of urban educational practices. The notions of an urban educational object, which becomes such when a city resident uses its educational potential, and the urban educational practice as a formula connecting an urban object, educational needs of a city resident, methods of using the educational potential of an urban object and direct educational activity in the interaction with the object were defined. Based on these formulations, we can begin to develop approaches to the inclusion of urban environment in the educational process, including an assessment of the educational potential of the urban environment. Keywords: urban environment, urban object, urban resource, urban educational environment, urban educational opportunities, urban educational resource, urban educational practice | 958
310 | The content of the concept “multiculturalism” has been given. The need to educate the younger generations of a culture of inter-ethnic communication and the importance of education in this process is justified. Multiculturalism in music education is considered as a means to recreate in the content of all values of musical culture with the aim of holistic musical and cultural development and self-improvement of the person on the basis of the national and universal ideal. The guidelines of pedagogical activity aimed at developing the ability and needs of a person in the creative transformation of the surrounding musical world in a combination of emotional and intellectual are defined. The concept of “national-universal value orientations” is introduced, their structure is considered. The results of monitoring of pedagogical practice are presented, on the basis of which problems of modern multicultural education related to the process of formation of intercultural cooperation and multicultural dialogue skills of schoolchildren, necessary for musical activity in conditions of cultural diversity of Russia and the whole world space are determined. Multicultural music education is being considered, which defines a new area of school education in the institution of supplementary education. Multicultural music training is said to be an integral part of multicultural music education. Conclusions have been drawn on the possibility of its implementation in the institution of additional education in accordance with the developed pedagogical conditions. It justifies the need to educate the younger generations of a culture of interethnic communication and the importance of dialogue and education in this process. 311 | The relevance of the topic is due to the difficulties students experience when solving stereometric tasks. This is evidenced by the annual results of the unified state examination in mathematics of the profile level. Over the past decade, with the development of modern information technologies, numerous attempts have been made to improve the effectiveness of teaching geometry at school through the introduction of interactive environments that provide various visibility functions on lessons and in extracurricular math classes. Among the modern available digital programs that allow you to build and transform geometric objects interactively, the GeoGebra environment is in increasing demand among teachers and researchers. However, analyzing Russian-language printed and electronic publications, we can conclude that the issue of using GeoGebra in solving positional stereometric tasks is not fully disclosed. The article considers the features of solving positional tasks using the Geogebra 5.0 environment when teaching image methods to future mathematics teachers at a pedagogical institute and at geometry lessons in high school. The article focuses on the advantages of using GeoGebra in teaching the construction of spatial shapes and their sections in comparison with traditional training. 312 | The article considers particular features of the conceptual vision of modern education. On the basis of the comparative context of philosophical positions and the traditional understanding of the educational space describes the conception of the educational space as the space of the phenomenal, the essential relation to the content of education and its organization; the content of education is described through a set of characteristics, the study of which allows to define separate vectors of development of the new format of the educational space. Traditional education is described in the institutional education plan, its socio-cultural and historical determinancy, influencing the openness of the educational space, which is reflected in the formation of the semantic aspect. Presents the analysis of various positions of formation and designing of the content of education, in particular student-centred and subject-specific aspects; the accent is on the description of the position of relationship to the actual substantive terms of education as to the transcendental sphere, not the fixate of educational material, no matter how wide its limit is; estimates in the context of the study the presented understanding of the concept «motivation». The total of the above arguments allowed us to describe the actual format of the educational space in general, highlighting the internal changes occurring at the conceptual level. 315 | The article is devoted to the study of the main receptions of Chinese and Russian clubs of Wushu (on the example of Krasnoyarsk). The article presents an empirical study of the basic techniques of the educational Chinese and Russian models. In this study, 120 Wushu 8-12-years-old athletes took part, which comprised the experimental and control groups. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the author came to the conclusion that the use of the basic technique of the educational Russian model for Wushu athletes of 8-12 years leads to an ineffective result in performances at competitions. The Chinese model of basic wushu techniques consists of three parts: the first part - movement and warm-up, stretching; the second part - the technique of kicking, combination of action and balance, acrobatic jumps, jumps; the third part is relaxation, stretching. In connection with the obtained research data, there is a need to improve the Russian model, based on the experience of the presented Chinese model, as well as the psychological and cultural characteristics of Russian athletes. Therefore, a comparative analysis of the basic Wushu techniques will serve as an example for training in Russian training clubs, as well as the spread of Wushu internationalization and improving the physical fitness of athletes. 316 | This paper presents theoretical approaches to the design of scientific and methodological support of the process of advanced teacher training in modern conditions of setting educational goals in the form of student’s competency characteristics. The specificity of the modern educational situation has been characterized, manifesting in developing of a new terminological space, a need for pedagogical forecasting of the entire image of a school graduate, the forming of both his vertical processes (among different levels of the educational system), horizontal ones (a territorial level and an interethnic one as well) and inter-subject coordination. It is argued that the new international approach to the educational systems management, corresponding to the specifics of a post-industrial society, is a new challenge for the teacher’s professionalism. The analysis of the regulatory requirements for teacher skills on the basis of the Federal Law «On Education in the Russian Federation», Federal state educational standards of basic general education and the qualification characteristics of a teacher position is given. It is alleged that an important condition for maintaining professionalism is the scientific and methodological support of the process of advanced training. The negative consequences of the lack of such support are being predicted, the problems identified during the course preparation of teachers of Primorsky Krai have been detected. A research problem statement has been determined as a defining approach to the design of the pedagogical conditions for the development of teacher professionalism. It is argued that the problem of the teacher’s readiness to work in circumstances of regulatory certainty of educational goals, expressed in the student’s competence characteristics, is a particular case of contradiction between a normative direction of the activity and individual nature of its implementation. Put in these terms, the problem implies not only updating the content of additional professional programs, but the selection of teaching facilities allowing to develop an individual nature of the activity as well. It has been suggested that information technology is a tool for overcoming this contradiction. 320 | The article discusses the phenomena of a professional image of a pedagog’s world. Presented the content and the results of the research based on bachelor’s presentations majoring in “Preschool education”, about achievements and difficulties, meanings and values of the professional activity. Professional image of the world is a significant characteristic of the concept of the wholeness of the professional education which is a realization of the systematic approach in education. To study the formation of the understanding of the professional image of the pedagog’s world among the Bachelor degree students majoring in 44.03.01 Pedagogical education and specializing in “Preschool education” a study was held based at FGBOU VO “Altai state humanitarian-pedagogical university named after V. M. Shukshin” in Biysk in 2016. The study included full time students of the psychology-pedagogical department years 1 through 4 (n = 17) and among distant learners (n = 46). The total number of the students equaled 63 and 27% of them were full (day time students) and 73 % of them were distant learners. The conducted study allows to make a conclusion about the specific understanding of the professional image of the pedagog’s world among students who study at a pedagogical institute and specialize in “Preschool education”. It is possible to recognize the differences in defining accomplishments and difficulties among students with and without the professional experience. It was found, for example, that most students who work in preschool institutions connect their own professional accomplishments and difficulties to their time management. Those without the experience connect their personal accomplishments and difficulties to their exam preparations. They also have different understandings of the meaning and values of the pedagogical work: pre-school teachers, above all recognize the value of raising and nurturing preschoolers and students without the experience – the value of educating them. 345 | The paper describes the features of Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education for training specialists for Russian road construction industry which experiences innovations in the fields of engineering, construction, repair and transport infrastructure maintenance. Modern technologies in engineering, production, and use of conventional and non-traditional materials applied in engineering and survey companies require graduates to possess not only common competence in a wide range of knowledge, but also the ability to integrate in the production process within the shortest adaptation period. The paper considers the issue of long-term adaptation period university graduates usually take for adjusting to operation in real-life special conditions (with the account of trips, field surveying and technological operation). It is noted that such long adaptation is closely related to imperfection of curricula for bachelor and specialist degree students.
