MODERN REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR ICT COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS AND THEIR FEASIBILITY

Information About Author:

The article provides an analytical overview of the requirements of the Russian state to the teacher in terms of the use of means of information and information and communication technologies in solving professional problems. The author presents particular requirements for information and communication competence of the teacher. These requirements are highlighted in the text of a professional pedagogical standard. The article shows the opportunity to develop the necessary competence of the teacher step by step, based on the model of implementation of the standards of general education. The article proposes organizational and pedagogical solutions in terms of innovative development of the educational organization.
