205 | In the paper we substantiate the necessity for graduates of higher education institutions to acquire translation skills in order to increase their professional competency in compliance with the contemporary national project of higher education modernization. The justification of and the reason for this requirement is the fact that, operating in the international context, Russian companies are in need of highly skilled specialists who should be able to provide efficient business communication in foreign languages. The paper analyzes various approaches offered by national and foreign experts and researchers to teaching translation techniques at non-language higher education institutions and describes the authors’ own experience of molding the skills demanded. It depicts, as an example, the practice of translating the standard international sales contract (the Russian-English language pair) as well as determines specific skills necessary to achieve translation adequacy, including practical application of appropriate transformations required to translate the bilateral contract. In order to develop proficiency in translating foreign trade contracts, we offer a teaching methodology that consists of three stages: the preliminary analytical stage, the stage of translation proper using certain translation procedures, and the final stage of proofreading and editing. We also propose specific criteria to assess students’ progress in mastering the relevant skills. 206 | The security system is considered in the article as «operational triad»: warning – prevention – suppression. Special attention is paid precisely to the prevention of illegal acts and the identification of persons, who has unlawful intentions, as well as an approximate algorithm for the application of psychodiagnostics operations ensuring the safety of citizens in public places is reviewed in the article. The algorithm assumes observation of citizens from the closed monitoring centers, that is contactless observation, but doesn’t exclude also direct contact with the checked faces causing suspicion. The algorithm includes the following steps: the organization of professional observation for the purpose of correlation of the speech of the person and his behavior, observation of the movement of crowd or group of people in crowd (all nonverbal signals, any discrepancies are traced), a polling conversation in case of need. At an assessment of the observed phenomena the expert has to not only apply scientific knowledge in the field of psychology, but also actively use all sense organs, intuition, empathy and experience of practical activities. The proposed algorithm allows you to make a hypothetical conclusion about the danger of a citizen, but not about his fault. The operational psychodiagnostics allows to describe psychological and psychophysiological features of the personality by means of the low-formalized methods of a psychological research, allowing to construct rather precisely his “profile” for identification of criminal intentions. Specificity of examination stress as one of the forms of social stress is indicated, the main stress factors of the examination period are named. A review of the positions regarding the psychological differences attributed to individuals with right and left arm dominance is given. The stress level in students during the intersessional and examination period was diagnosed by the PSM-25 method, and its increase to average values was recorded. A comparison of the level of academic stress among right-handed and left-handed students is made on the basis of measuring the phenomenological structure of its experience. Cognitive, somatic and emotional stress symptoms of right-handers and left-handers were compared based on their self-evaluation. Differences in their emotional responses to stress were revealed. When assessing exam excitement in general, left-handers perceive the situation more dramatically, which was confirmed statistically. A qualitative analysis of coping strategies for students with different types of interhemispheric asymmetry was carried out. Differences in emotional copying of right-handed and left-handed people were revealed; first group preferred relatively productive strategies, while non-productive strategies predominated in the second group. Cognitive and behavioral strategies in both groups are relatively productive. A combination of indicators shows a higher risk of exam stress for left-handed people. 221 | The review is devoted to the analysis of the work of scientists and psychologists, teachers of Tomsk State Pedagogical University, the problem of professional formation of the developing personality of the future teacher in pedagogical higher school system. On the basis of multidisciplinary analysis the following conclusions are made. A complex, existential process of personal and professional development of a student is inseparable from the organization of a creative educational space. It must ensure that, based on the concept of democratization and humanization of higher education, the coordination of the entire range of models that describe the quality of education results, the quality of education, teacher student the quality of the professionalization of teaching a higher school graduate, his willingness to become a teacher-creator in the modern education. Therefore, it is important that in addition to teaching purely academic disciplines to students – future teachers, more work should still be done which could contribute to their professional and personal self-determination. Final conclusion on the study lies in the fact that on the basis of multidisciplinary experimental approaches, verified the accuracy of the pedagogical conditions conducive to the formation of educational identity of the graduate teacher. You can see how the personal growth of the graduate-teacher is related, on the one hand, with the reflection of his insufficient implementation / potential feasibility, on the other hand – with multiple identities, the most important of which at this stage of social development is the personality of the graduate-the educational identity. This view has a certain socio-cultural “lining” because pedagogy is exactly the dominant image of the man in culture. Today, typical of the culture of postmodern discourse incomplete, open personality innovation, reflection development, the ability to emotional and volitional voltage leads to the isolation of potentiality as the distinctive features of the human in general, putting pedagogy task of studying not only current but also future potential of being graduates – the future professional. Therefore, improving the quality of education implies solution of important methodological problems of quality management of pedagogical knowledge, which include the solution of psychological and pedagogical problems of professional self-identification and education. The directions of solutions to these problems must be taken into account by expert assessments as training in technological quality management. 222 | The article deals with various diagnostic systems in assessing the results of teaching academic writing. The author distinguishes levels of academic writing literacy and sets objectives for each level. The levels are characterized with reference to the Russian educational context. The diagnostic system is dynamic: a student moves from stage to stage starting with comprehension of academic writing functioning in Russia, following to application of writing requirement in study at higher institutions, until (s)he is able to create and present new knowledge in an autonomous research. The article touches upon different approaches to assessing academic writing results, for instance, ‘genre’ approach and ‘cognitive taxonomy’ approach, known also as ‘study skills’ and ‘academic literacies’ approaches, respectively. The suggested diagnostic system employs cognitive objectives to assess level of critical thinking in writing. To achieve the objectives, the syllabus is designed with the focus on Russian education realia, developing intrinsic and professional motivation through the theoretical part, reference to the real-life examples and their analysis. Consequently, the diagnostic system, first, establishes students’ study needs in the learning field. 223 | Specific nature of creation of an artistic image in vocal variety piece has many common features with that of other art forms. This specific nature implies the presence of two aspects: creative, that influence creative abilities of a performer and technical, caused by practical skills in sound performance. Nevertheless, according to musicologists, both creative and technical aspects are in main focus of the activities aimed at the creation of the artistic image, which is preceded by the preparatory, as well as the final stages afterwards. At the same time, the main difficulty in creating of a musical-verbal image in a vocal work is in the multitasking of the actions performed by the artist. In addition to direct technical, intonationally competent performance, the singer must constantly reflect-analyze his activities on the stage and, if necessary, change it, sometimes depending on the reaction of the viewer. In this regard, the pedagogical experience of the step-by-step creation of the artistic image of the vocal piece in work with children in children’s art school was analyzed. A set of methods that develop performing techniques has been developed and tested, including working with the text of a piece, teaching the basics of acting skills. 226 | The article deals with the study of the mutual influence of legal thinking on the development of Mathematics and of Mathematics on the quality of legal thinking. A historical example of the emergence of a new mathematical thinking that extends the notion of number and the notion of justice, named in the work as “a justice number” is considered. We study the problem of dividing of the bet in an unfinished game and two solutions: first solution is the “unjust”, given by Pacioli, using the Aristotelian notion of distributive justice, and the second “just” solution, given by Fermat, in which the notion of number and the new Mathematical thinking – probability theory – were expanded. It was concluded that the emergence of new mathematical thinking has changed the notion of justice in accordance with the new content of mathematical thinking. Another conclusion is that at all times the analogue of truth and fair law for a lawyer was Mathematics. Arguments are presented in favor of teaching Mathematics to improve the quality of juridical education in the study of legal disciplines at law university. We suggest starting the study of information technology at Law Faculty with the study of computer Mathematics Maxima. The Maxima program teaches the student the rigor and uniqueness of thinking due to the need for correct writing of commands, and develops student’s mathematical thinking. The new mathematical thinking of the student becomes an inseparable component of the legal thinking of a future lawyer. So, Maxima improves the quality of juridical education. 228 | The article deals with the question of communication in its educational function from the ancient time till the present. It demonstrates the analytical survey of the formation of the given concept on different stages of the society development. In ancient time by means of communication people interchanged information and knowledge, therefore learned the truth. However, among the interlocuters a philosopher (teacher) was the one who tutored the conversational process. The research shows that in medieval times the situation changed: any interaction between people, or communication was under the church pressure and control. In the period of Renaissance and new time a student becomes a respected person. In “Great didactics” of Johann Comenius the author observes an educational process as an activity that by means of interaction helps to develop communicative skills. Later the Swiss pedagogue Pestalozzi within his method of easy communication demonstrates how pupils are able to develop their cognitive and analytical skills, ability to form and coherently convey thoughts and ideas with the help of comprehensive cooperation. The twentieth century offers a variety of new pedagogical systems. Self-development, self-education are the main principles of Montessori system. The equality between a teacher and a student is the main idea of education in “Summer-hill” school founded by A. Nill. S. Frene organized “Pedagogics in cooperation”. The author emphasizes the presence of interaction, cooperation, educational conversations between pupils in Frene’s system. Russian teachers Amonashvili, Shatalov, Lysenko and others supported the idea of cooperation and intercommunication in the education process. Amonashvilli’s “School of life” realizes the individualization of the learning process, interaction between children that encourages pupils to develop their communicative, sociable skills. The research shows that nowadays there are a lot of traditional and experimental schools. Occasionally educational communication occurs in every pedagogical system. However, the results indicate that as a separate section in the learning process communication in its educational function is on the forming stage. 234 | Attracting young people to the technical sphere of professional activity and increasing the prestige of scientific and technical professions are becoming important priorities of state policy today. The task of building a new innovative economy in the country and achieving the technological level cannot be solved without a radical improvement of the system of additional education of children of technical orientation, including through the development and implementation of individual educational trajectories in priority areas in demand in the modern world. In these circumstances, there is a need to develop a new educational model based on the integration of modern programs of additional education and allowing to prepare future specialists of the scientific and technical sphere in constantly changing conditions, starting from school age. The considered model of forming competences of schoolchildren in the field of intellectual development and scientific and technical creativity was developed as part of the implementation of measures to form a regional model of additional education “Territory of Intelligence” in the Tomsk region. Building a model for the formation of competences of schoolchildren in the field of intellectual development and scientific and technical creativity is carried out in several stages: determining the purpose of modeling, building a system of components of the process of forming competences, forming competences in dynamics and establishing criteria for evaluating the expected results. The model of formation of competences of schoolchildren in the field of scientific and technical creativity by means of additional education includes: the target component as a matrix of target results, representing the decomposition of competences into a system of actions that the student must master as part of the formation of competences; the content-operational component of the model as a set of educational content collected on the educational digital platform; operational and technological component as a set of options for the formation of competencies or a set of educational tracks (routes) and ways to move between them to build an individual educational trajectory; diagnostic component that provides the identification of the level of formation of competencies of the student when registering on a digital platform. The set of competences in the field of scientific and technical creativity, which can be formed among schoolchildren in the course of training in the system of additional education, is determined from the requirements of employers to the professional competencies of specialists in the scientific and technical sphere, as well as from the educational possibilities that allow at school age. To assess the level of formation of competence, activity indicators were developed, which were distributed among the levels of formation and levels of competence: from simple operations to the ability to manage complex technical and production processes. The complete criterion-diagnostic apparatus of the model includes matrices of target results 60 competencies, which contain 960 indicators of the level of formation and manifestation of these competencies. The implementation of the model will make the most effective use of human potential and create conditions for the self-realization of schoolchildren in the scientific and technical sphere. 235 | Despite the fact that creativity is often associated with psychopathology and mental disorders, there is also the opposite direction, emphasizing a positive role of creativity, namely the concept of self-actualization – the individual’s ability to move beyond the physiological, psychological and social levels of needs, in order to achieve the highest level of the pyramid associated with the implementation of self-empowerment. In the article creativity and self-actualization are considered in the context of purpose in life, empathy and self-esteem. Correlation was found only between creativity and spontaneity (self-actualization scale). Regression model of creativity has only two significant predictors such as penetrability and spontaneity. In contrast, the self-actualization model can be explained by most of the purpose in life parameters, empathy and self-esteem. Differences in individual characteristics between creative and self-actualized people are discussed. 236 | The results of the research on the professional and personal self-determination of teenagers in pedagogical classes in pre-revolutionary and modern Tomsk are presented in the article. It is determined that the subject of self-determination has not been fully examined in scientific and methodical literature: the interest in professional determination prevails over the personal one. The elimination of this gap in studying the historical experience allowed us to establish specific character of correlation of the personal and professional self-determination in students training, to show the defining educational effects for children staying in pedagogical classes and to track the influence of training on their adulthood. It appeared, that the process of professional self-determination in teaching classes accompanied improvement of effectiveness of “self-determination” process which is typical of adolescence. It is important that the indispensable success of personal self-determination in pedagogical classes was not the main reason for selecting the teacher’s career. This rejection of the teaching profession, which student do not find appealing, should not be considered as a less useful result than the entering the pedagogical university by the applicant. Finally, according to the analysis of the interviews of teachers and graduates of pedagogical classes in Tomsk it turned possible to show the leading educational effects of students’ staying in these educational structures and to trace the impact of the pre-service teacher training in their adulthood. 244 | The choice of education program, matching of education to the interests of the senior pupils creates the foundation for a successful professional identity in the future. However, indepth study of the profile of specific disciplines in practice leads to disharmonious development of interpersonal relationships between senior pupils. In the study of interpersonal relations of senior pupils took part 59 pupils of 9th grades (15–16 years old) in sociohumanitarian, natural science, physics and mathematics profiles of education. Compiled socio-psychological reliefs classes, sociogram, the analysis of significant differences in Student’s t-test revealed significant differences in the nature of the relationship between senior pupils with different learning profiles. “Humanitarians” show the highest level of team development and desire to communicate with each other, senior pupils of natural science profile show the average level of relations development – formal relations, senior “mathematics” pupils do not seek personal communication, and prefer only business contacts. A similar structure of interpersonal relations have natural science and socio-humanitarian groups, both have the structure of the team, while physical-mathematical profile forms large individuality in interpersonal pupils’ contacts. The results indicate that we observe a trend to limiting of self-conception, interests, values correlating only with the scope of professional activity, which is a factor of disharmonization of interpersonal relations, and professional identification performs an inhibitory function towards other abilities and interests. The effective implementation of objectives of the learning profiles is necessary to carry out the work aimed at mitigating negative effects and enhancing positive ones. You need to define the priorities of harmonious relations in classes of different profiles of learning: a resource for socio-humanitarian class can be considered conditions for the development of effective communication included in activities with clear targets, which will decrease the risk of false identification of the profession as «communication»; for the class of natural sciences it is necessary to expand the content of the communication, which will reduce the effect of formal relations; for the class of physics and mathematics it is necessary to create situations where interaction is not related to necessary activities, and to show them the joy of meetings and the value of communication with others, developing personal resources and potential.
