251 | Attracting young people to the technical sphere of professional activity and increasing the prestige of scientific and technical professions are becoming important priorities of state policy today. The task of building a new innovative economy in the country and achieving the technological level cannot be solved without a radical improvement of the system of additional education of children of technical orientation, including through the development and implementation of individual educational trajectories in priority areas in demand in the modern world. In these circumstances, there is a need to develop a new educational model based on the integration of modern programs of additional education and allowing to prepare future specialists of the scientific and technical sphere in constantly changing conditions, starting from school age. The considered model of forming competences of schoolchildren in the field of intellectual development and scientific and technical creativity was developed as part of the implementation of measures to form a regional model of additional education “Territory of Intelligence” in the Tomsk region. Building a model for the formation of competences of schoolchildren in the field of intellectual development and scientific and technical creativity is carried out in several stages: determining the purpose of modeling, building a system of components of the process of forming competences, forming competences in dynamics and establishing criteria for evaluating the expected results. The model of formation of competences of schoolchildren in the field of scientific and technical creativity by means of additional education includes: the target component as a matrix of target results, representing the decomposition of competences into a system of actions that the student must master as part of the formation of competences; the content-operational component of the model as a set of educational content collected on the educational digital platform; operational and technological component as a set of options for the formation of competencies or a set of educational tracks (routes) and ways to move between them to build an individual educational trajectory; diagnostic component that provides the identification of the level of formation of competencies of the student when registering on a digital platform. The set of competences in the field of scientific and technical creativity, which can be formed among schoolchildren in the course of training in the system of additional education, is determined from the requirements of employers to the professional competencies of specialists in the scientific and technical sphere, as well as from the educational possibilities that allow at school age. To assess the level of formation of competence, activity indicators were developed, which were distributed among the levels of formation and levels of competence: from simple operations to the ability to manage complex technical and production processes. The complete criterion-diagnostic apparatus of the model includes matrices of target results 60 competencies, which contain 960 indicators of the level of formation and manifestation of these competencies. The implementation of the model will make the most effective use of human potential and create conditions for the self-realization of schoolchildren in the scientific and technical sphere. 252 | The Academic Motivation Scale (AMS) was developed by T. Gordeeva et al. (2014) on the basis of self-determination theory of E. Deci and R. Ryan and found quite wide application in exploratory researches of factors influencing the academic behavior of students in Russia. However its psychometric characteristics in high stake testing conditions have not yet been published. To fill this gap, we additionally included this measure of self-reporting in the context of psychological examination of students in order to determine their suitability for military training (with a selection coefficient of less than 0.5). Respondents (N = 345; age = 19.65 ± 0.45) were not informed that scores obtained from this device will not be considered at making decision on their suitability. We estimated the reliability of scale scores by calculation of Cronbach’s alpha and average inter-item correlations; internal structure of a questionnaire – by means of the exploratory factor analysis of items and scales, and external validity – by calculation of the multitrait-multimethod correlation matrix including measures of personality traits, personal values and the general cognitive ability. The data obtained indicate that the structure of the questionnaire proposed by the authors and high reliability of its scale scores are warranted. The main part of hypotheses concerning their convergent correlations is also confirmed. When studying the relationship of AMS scales and external psychological constructs, we found a number of worthy additive convergent correlations that have not yet been described in the well-known literature. We came to conclusion that the AMS possesses acceptable psychometric characteristics and is suitable for high stake testing of graduates. 255 | The choice of education program, matching of education to the interests of the senior pupils creates the foundation for a successful professional identity in the future. However, indepth study of the profile of specific disciplines in practice leads to disharmonious development of interpersonal relationships between senior pupils. In the study of interpersonal relations of senior pupils took part 59 pupils of 9th grades (15–16 years old) in sociohumanitarian, natural science, physics and mathematics profiles of education. Compiled socio-psychological reliefs classes, sociogram, the analysis of significant differences in Student’s t-test revealed significant differences in the nature of the relationship between senior pupils with different learning profiles. “Humanitarians” show the highest level of team development and desire to communicate with each other, senior pupils of natural science profile show the average level of relations development – formal relations, senior “mathematics” pupils do not seek personal communication, and prefer only business contacts. A similar structure of interpersonal relations have natural science and socio-humanitarian groups, both have the structure of the team, while physical-mathematical profile forms large individuality in interpersonal pupils’ contacts. The results indicate that we observe a trend to limiting of self-conception, interests, values correlating only with the scope of professional activity, which is a factor of disharmonization of interpersonal relations, and professional identification performs an inhibitory function towards other abilities and interests. The effective implementation of objectives of the learning profiles is necessary to carry out the work aimed at mitigating negative effects and enhancing positive ones. Professional image of the world is a significant characteristic of the concept of the wholeness of the professional education which is a realization of the systematic approach in education. To study the formation of the understanding of the professional image of the pedagog’s world among the Bachelor degree students majoring in 44.03.01 Pedagogical education and specializing in “Preschool education” a study was held based at FGBOU VO “Altai state humanitarian-pedagogical university named after V. M. Shukshin” in Biysk in 2016. The study included full time students of the psychology-pedagogical department years 1 through 4 (n = 17) and among distant learners (n = 46). The total number of the students equaled 63 and 27% of them were full (day time students) and 73 % of them were distant learners. The conducted study allows to make a conclusion about the specific understanding of the professional image of the pedagog’s world among students who study at a pedagogical institute and specialize in “Preschool education”. It is possible to recognize the differences in defining accomplishments and difficulties among students with and without the professional experience. It was found, for example, that most students who work in preschool institutions connect their own professional accomplishments and difficulties to their time management. Those without the experience connect their personal accomplishments and difficulties to their exam preparations. They also have different understandings of the meaning and values of the pedagogical work: pre-school teachers, above all recognize the value of raising and nurturing preschoolers and students without the experience – the value of educating them. The main accomplishments in the professional practice are connected by the respondents with upbringing, educating and development of children. The study also showed that most of the Bachelors lack the understanding of the significance of their own development, education and improvement in their professional practice. According to the authors, focusing on selfimprovement and self-perfecting is the most important part of the professional image of the world both among future and currently practicing pedagogs. The found fact of undervaluing self-development and education by the students during their pedagogical practice allows to conclude that it is needed to have a goal to supervise and guide the process of the formation of the professional image of the world of the future pedagog. Russian dance, Russian song, Russian melody – an integral part of Russian folk art culture, allow a nation living in the same territory, to realize itself as a whole, to have the same values and moral ideals. Russia is a huge multinational country, but most of its population is Russian, which in the whirlwind of political, economic and social problems of lost traditions, morality and great dance is the heritage of its people. Studying ways to preserve and promote Russian folk dance at the time when every nation defends its uniqueness and independence, is becoming the most important. New time creates new values, new tastes, trends, rhythms and preferences. The loss of the traditions of the past damages both the national culture of the country and the whole of mankind. Currently, a large part of all stage works in Russia, one way or another connected with the art of dance, are the material of modern choreography borrowed from Western culture, so the Russian dance has become an impersonal set of certain elements of dance, sometimes having nothing to do with it. As a consequence, there was a partial loss of educational potential inherent in the Russian dance. As a result, every region of Russia has both general and its unique Russian folk dance forms.
