251 | The research urgency is caused by necessity of overcoming of social exclusion of adolescents and young people in connection with their health status and limitation of activity in the context of inclusive trends in social policy and practice worldwide. In this regard, this paper aims to study and search, stationare-replacement format of socio-pedagogical support of young people with mental and physical disabilities type of conduct disorder autisticheskogo spectrum (ASD) with the aim of developing self-empowerment of all participants - children and their parents. A leading approach to the study of this problem is an integrative activity, allowing to consider the socio-political, organizational, pedagogical, technological possibilities of the formation of self-assertion at the expense of the active involvement of families with children and adolescents with ASD to work in social settlements. The article presents the results of sociological, psychological and pedagogical research of the problem of social inclusion of persons with risk of exclusion from society, are disclosed various forms of social integration practitioner, structural-functional model accompanied by life, the possibility of its implementation with the public organization of parents of children with autism in a regional context on the example of rural settlement. 252 | The article describes the peculiarities and capabilities of the learning management system Moodle for the organization of computer testing in teaching foreign languages to students of non-linguistic specialities. This system is a modern learning environment, allowing the use of tests not only in the control, but also in training function. The organization of testing in the Moodle system ensures the implementation of individual educational trajectories of students and significantly increases the efficiency of the process of teaching foreign languages. 253 | The purpose of the article is an external evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of the primary school students’ self-management skills and teachers’ self-management skills during the distance learning time of pandemic-2020. The emergency transition to distance learning has caused difficulties in teaching and learning. Probably these difficulties are due to the insufficient level of students’ and teachers’ self-management skills. Data includes the results of two empirical studies carried out by the Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University. First, results of diagnostics of the primary school students’ self-management skills in 2018–2021 years. Students of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades of Perm region schools participated in the diagnosis. Criterion-oriented diagnostics based on everyday situations in the logic of functional literacy assessment. Secondly, primary school teacher’s self-assessment of the problems of organizing distance learning during the pandemic-2020. A focus group of 79 primary school teachers took part in the semi-structured Internet survey. The results of the study show that primary school teachers were not ready for distance teaching. The teachers’ work time has increased, caused by mastering distance tools and new conditions for self-regulation. The need of special attention for self-management students’ skills was identified. Certain students’ self-management skills were important for distance learning, such as planning, self-control and self-esteem, the choice of effective methods of action. The teacher’ training also is required to be focused on assessment skills, applying of automated control tools, developing of students’ self- and peer- assessment skills in a digital environment. Based on the results of an external evaluation, the authors suggest developing the primary school teachers’ professional competencies. 255 | The article considers the experience of organizing a school contest of Olympism experts. Methods and results of studying the level of Olympic education of schoolchildren with the help of competitive tasks and the literary sources analysis on the topic are presented. The preparation of schoolchildren for the contest and preliminary experience of studying the Olympic themes are considered. The content of the contest, the types of contest tasks, and the evaluation of the quality and complexity of the contest questions are described. The most important in the formulation of questions is their informativeness. The article focuses on the need to use contest tasks in order to improve the level of Olympic education of schoolchildren. The main objective of the contest of Olympism experts is to realize the main goal of the Olympic education – the formation of a system of knowledge, skills, motivation of interests, value orientations based on high moral principles. The competition revealed the general and special knowledge of schoolchildren about the Olympic Games, their history, heroes and traditions. The results showed an average level of knowledge of the Olympic subjects by schoolchildren. 256 | In the article we present structural and substantive analysis of the basic stages of implementation and approbation of the Professional Standard «Teacher-Psychologist (Psychologist in the sphere of education)» in educational institutions of the Russian Federation in the period from 2012 to 2019. Particularly, we highlight the requirements of the new professional standard «Teacher-psychologist (psychologist in the sphere of education)» for psychologist working in educational institutions. We show that the professional standard requirements to candidates for positions related to psychological and pedagogical activity are quite serious. We also note that effective realization of the general labour functions and labour functions, presented in the professional standard, is possible when definite universal general and specific professional competencies related to necessary skills and knowledge are completely formed. Requirements to education and training, experience of work and special conditions of admission of psychologists of educational institutions for job, a list of categories of persons who can not hold the position of teacher-psychologist are presented. Professional knowledge, a set of action and skills performed by psychologists are described. Standardization of professional activity of psychologists working at educational institutions will make possible more precise determination of the scope and directions of university training, retraining or professional development of pedagogical personnel. The concept of “universal competencies” is briefly characterized and clarified. The results of testing the integration of the disciplines «Mathematics» and «Computer Science» are presented. Solving the problem of improving the quality of vocational education in the system of secondary vocational education actualize the issue of integration of disciplines, the formation of universal competencies at the stage of General education. 261 | Methods of adaptive teaching high school students and first-year students of non-technical areas to physics that experience steady objective difficulties in the learning of this discip line are offered. The reasons for the objective difficulties are lack of motivation, lack of working memory and undeveloped associative thinking. 262 | The history of the question of development of social-state management in the national education system is considered in that article. An overview on the announced problematics in prerevolutionary Russia, in the Soviet period and in modern period are given. Risks and problems of cooperation of school and society at contemporary stage are being investigated. The new effective method to organize that cooperation in terms of long-duration school project activity featuring social partners is suggested too. The pedagogical practice of a specific educational institution of St. Petersburg on a long-term cooperation with social partners in different aspects of human activities is analized. Relationships of our school with scientists, culture and art workers with the aim to introduce children to thoughtful reading, ability to see beauty around them and find solutions of difficult problems are described as examples of successful projects. Educational envinronment of the city is considered as a key condition which encourages the development of modern child. 263 | The results of the third stage of the research «Realization of pedagogical potential of social centers in the socio-cultural space of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States» are presented. Social centers are viewed as temporary informal associations of civic activists who solve diverse social problems. The growth of civil initiatives has determined the emergence of a group of people interested in special education. Analysis of innovative products of the social sphere, a survey among activists made it possible to identify elements of the educational request. These include the features of social self-organization, ways to implement the pedagogical potential of various socio-cultural institutions, effective interaction within the framework of public-private partnerships, management and socially-oriented marketing. Particularly noted is the formation of the ability to create full-fledged services for a specific target audience. There is a need for preparation for organizational and coordination, consulting activities, advocacy in conditions of social selforganization. The emerging trend of the formation of the described content of education replicates the world experience. Social work in a broad sense in the countries of Asia and Eastern Europe is also based on competencies related to working in the territorial community, the activation of available public resources. An actual format of educational interaction is determined – non-formal education. This fact is explained by the maximum orientation of this model of training on the participants’ requests, the variability in determining the place and time of the meeting. Today conferences, seminars, internships, virtual mentoring are relevant. Currently, the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States have a corps of nonformal education coaches whose competencies are formed in the humanitarian projects of the European Union in the direction of the Eastern Partnership. 269 | The article discusses the phenomena of a professional image of a pedagog’s world. Presented the content and the results of the research based on bachelor’s presentations majoring in “Preschool education”, about achievements and difficulties, meanings and values of the professional activity. Professional image of the world is a significant characteristic of the concept of the wholeness of the professional education which is a realization of the systematic approach in education. To study the formation of the understanding of the professional image of the pedagog’s world among the Bachelor degree students majoring in 44.03.01 Pedagogical education and specializing in “Preschool education” a study was held based at FGBOU VO “Altai state humanitarian-pedagogical university named after V. M. Shukshin” in Biysk in 2016. The study included full time students of the psychology-pedagogical department years 1 through 4 (n = 17) and among distant learners (n = 46). The total number of the students equaled 63 and 27% of them were full (day time students) and 73 % of them were distant learners. The conducted study allows to make a conclusion about the specific understanding of the professional image of the pedagog’s world among students who study at a pedagogical institute and specialize in “Preschool education”. It is possible to recognize the differences in defining accomplishments and difficulties among students with and without the professional experience. It was found, for example, that most students who work in preschool institutions connect their own professional accomplishments and difficulties to their time management. Those without the experience connect their personal accomplishments and difficulties to their exam preparations. They also have different understandings of the meaning and values of the pedagogical work: pre-school teachers, above all recognize the value of raising and nurturing preschoolers and students without the experience – the value of educating them. The main accomplishments in the professional practice are connected by the respondents with upbringing, educating and development of children. The study also showed that most of the Bachelors lack the understanding of the significance of their own development, education and improvement in their professional practice. According to the authors, focusing on selfimprovement and self-perfecting is the most important part of the professional image of the world both among future and currently practicing pedagogs. The found fact of undervaluing self-development and education by the students during their pedagogical practice allows to conclude that it is needed to have a goal to supervise and guide the process of the formation of the professional image of the world of the future pedagog. 270 | The article analyzes the features of the regions of Western Siberia, similar in terms of socio-economic development, mental attitudes and population composition, creating opportunities for the formation of a regional education system. It is noted that the regionalization of education is a traditional part of Russian state policy in the pre-Soviet, Soviet period and in our time. It is revealed that the characteristics of such neighboring regions of Western Siberia as the Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo regions and the Altai Territory provide similar conditions for the development of educational systems. Their socio-cultural space includes unifying regional factors. The generality of the characteristics of educational systems, mentioned above, allows us to speak about their similarity and unity of socio-cultural tasks. First of all, this is due, in our opinion, not only to natural and climatic factors, but also to the unity of social and cultural-historical processes that form the commonality of the territories of the subjects of the federation. The development of a multicultural educational space in Western Siberia is the most dynamic in the sphere of educational services. The multicultural educational environment, studied by us of the Siberian regions, provides comfortable conditions of educational interaction, including in the sphere of rendering educational services. The restoration of public confidence in regional education, its role in the socio-economic development of most regions of Western Siberia was noted. In the regions of Western Siberia, there is a certain unity of the socio-cultural space, the commonality of the socio-economic space and the similarity of the educational space reflected in the education system and the features of its development. 276 | The present paper is devoted to the problems of developing foreign-language professional communicative competence in technical universities. Under modern conditions it is essential to organize language teaching and learning process so as to solve general tasks of higher education. Students and university graduates must be prepared to use their language skills for solving academic, scientific and professional problems and be aware of typical situations of professional communication. Therefore, the target competence should be regarded as an integrated unity of professional and communicative competencies. We discuss the examination data on the identification of shortening gestation and pregnancy miscarriage risk as a multi-process affecting the biological, social and psychological levels. The psychological aspect of mother’s personality and her features affecting the gestation age are viewed separately. Among these new competencies, information and communication competency of an educator is of great interest in many foreign researchers’ works. An educational institution must ensure the variability of extracurricular activities, using different forms of organization which are different from class-based static classes. 286 | The article represents the results of the empirical research conducted to examine the relationship between psychological personality characteristics and the specificity of the choice of coping strategies as a phenomenon of a person’s ability to cope. The subject of the study is the eleventh grade students of secondary schools. This is a category of people affected in a given time period by the stress of upcoming final exams and who need to improve and correct their ways of coping. To achieve this goal a relationship between personality characteristics and choice of coping strategies was established. Which aided in understanding the severity of personality properties of high school graduates and their preferred coping strategies. The study revealed that extrovert students with a high rate of reaction are choosing effective behavioral and emotional coping strategies but ineffective cognitive coping strategies. At the same time students with a high degree of rigor are choosing ineffective behavioral coping strategies. Thus, the correlation between some psychological (psychodynamic) personality characteristics and the choice of coping strategies was revealed. Russia is a huge multinational country, but most of its population is Russian, which in the whirlwind of political, economic and social problems of lost traditions, morality and great dance is the heritage of its people. Studying ways to preserve and promote Russian folk dance at the time when every nation defends its uniqueness and independence, is becoming the most important. New time creates new values, new tastes, trends, rhythms and preferences. The loss of the traditions of the past damages both the national culture of the country and the whole of mankind. It addresses the issue of playing on the stage of the best examples of Russian art of dance. Currently, a large part of all stage works in Russia, one way or another connected with the art of dance, are the material of modern choreography borrowed from Western culture, so the Russian dance has become an impersonal set of certain elements of dance, sometimes having nothing to do with it. As a consequence, there was a partial loss of educational potential inherent in the Russian dance. The examples of the distinctive regional forms of Russian dance, are formed under the influence of weather and household characteristics. As a result, every region of Russia has both general and its unique Russian folk dance forms.
