301 | The article is focused on the experience of creating distance learning school in the private secondary school “Saint Petersburg School “Express”. The publication is devoted to problems of individualization of training process of the 9–11 grades students using individual and personalized programs in distance education. Distance education is a backbone factor to realize the individual and personalized educational programs. The author talks about the stages of design and implementation of individual educational route of a senior student as a mechanism of implementation of educational programs in distance education, as well as about the distinctive components of a distance learning system in designing individual and personalized educational programs. The risks of organization of distance learning are considered: communication and monitoring of achievement of the intended learning outcomes of high school students. To reduce the risks, the author suggests to expand the communicative unit through thematic extracurricular communication and the introduction of online-protection of the educational projects, seminars, online-testing is limited by time. It is proposed to supplement the basic educational materials of school course in distance learning environment by “Virtual study”, which organizes academic, elective and extracurricular work with the students of distance schools. Special attention is given to methodological support of a student who learns distantly, and teachers who work in distance educational environment. 302 | The article considers the problem of studying and development of educational independence of students in the context of educational activity in higher education institution. The purpose of the article is to give the reader some information on methods of formation of educational independence. The results of studying the levels of development of the studied quality in future educators are presented. 303 | Mental representation is a subjective image of an event or an operational form of mental experience. As the situation changes, the mental experience also changes. The algorithm of selection of educational tasks and a set of methods of psychodidactic orientation of development of mental representations and representative abilities is described: the method of problem selection and the method of creating individual mental maps. The selection method is represented by four main types of tasks: the first type is chosen by the teacher to work with students with a low level of educational and cognitive experience and includes training exercises, as well as techniques for developing cognitive interest and self-regulation skills with the help of a teacher. The second type of tasks is presented by educational texts, the work with which allows to create mental representations, and also forms ability to reflex. The third type of tasks involves testing the ability to supplement the thesaurus with new ways of learning activity. The fourth type includes tasks for the creative application of knowledge by students. The method of creation of individual mental maps assumes formation of abilities at higher level. Activities for creation of mental representations and application of receptions of a reflection in educational activity are the cornerstone of this method. The algorithm presented in the article on development of mental representations of educational texts as a result of use in educational process has shown that mental representations are fixed in different forms of their representation is more integrated into situations of their updating in educational activity. 307 | The article describes the results of questioning of students of the faculty of preschool and primary education. The aim of the research is to clarify the attitude of respondents to the issue of supervision practice in educational organizations. Supervision is interpreted as a methodological and active support that contributes not only to adaptation in the profession but also to professional and personal development. The author finds out what factors influence the decision of the teacher to stay in profession; what forms of work with young specialists are used most often; what qualities must the teacher-instructor have. It turns out that the main positive factors are: high salary, organization of methodological support, team adaptation. Individual consultations and exemplary lessons of experienced colleagues are the most used forms of support work with young specialists. Respondents’ opinions about the qualities of a mentor can be grouped into two “triangles”: the psychological “triangle of confrontation” (empathy, communicability, exactness) and pedagogical “triangle of complementarity” (professional experience, ability to learn, research qualities). Finally, the author clarifies that supervision is a co-organization of different models of interaction with the ward (authoritarian, leadership, partnership), in which a mentor can be a head, a leader and a partner in cooperation with a young specialist depending on the goals and content of supervision. Further professional development is possible in the system of additional vocational education. Since the main goal of additional professional education of specialists is to improve and (or) obtain a new competence, the choice of teaching methods should be determined by the planned result. In the work it is proposed to use the level of activity of the student’s educational and cognitive activity as one of the tools for increasing the effectiveness of teaching. The choice of teaching methods depends on the psychological state of the student and the social climate of the class. Its major meanings are allocated: leisure as time and leisure as a kind of activity. 316 | Implementing the competency-based approach in the education system in the current time is a step forward, it is an opportunity to see in a different way the structure of teaching and the target of the educational process. However, there is the problem of rejection of accepting the approach of competencies by the teaching community. In the opinion of the authors, among the many reasons that lead to inhibition of the introduction of the competence- based approach in real education structure, as more influence we can indicate the following: first, the lack of methods to determine the extent of competence training; second, the absence of a recognized methodology for interpreting the assessment of competence. In this work, we propose a model of the evaluation of a newly trained specialist of pedagogic courses, as the basis in the evaluation was used the quantitative methodology of competencies. The approach consists of several steps: establishing a set of competences, grouping competencies into blocks, quantitative assessment of the degree of competency formation, joint construction of “portraits”, analysis and interpretation of research results. The “indicator” method developed earlier by one of the authors has been applied to calculation of the level of formation of competences in the adapted look. 318 | This paper presents theoretical approaches to the design of scientific and methodological support of the process of advanced teacher training in modern conditions of setting educational goals in the form of student’s competency characteristics. The specificity of the modern educational situation has been characterized, manifesting in developing of a new terminological space, a need for pedagogical forecasting of the entire image of a school graduate, the forming of both his vertical processes (among different levels of the educational system), horizontal ones (a territorial level and an interethnic one as well) and inter-subject coordination. It is argued that the new international approach to the educational systems management, corresponding to the specifics of a post-industrial society, is a new challenge for the teacher’s professionalism. The analysis of the regulatory requirements for teacher skills on the basis of the Federal Law «On Education in the Russian Federation», Federal state educational standards of basic general education and the qualification characteristics of a teacher position is given. It is alleged that an important condition for maintaining professionalism is the scientific and methodological support of the process of advanced training. The negative consequences of the lack of such support are being predicted, the problems identified during the course preparation of teachers of Primorsky Krai have been detected. A research problem statement has been determined as a defining approach to the design of the pedagogical conditions for the development of teacher professionalism. It is argued that the problem of the teacher’s readiness to work in circumstances of regulatory certainty of educational goals, expressed in the student’s competence characteristics, is a particular case of contradiction between a normative direction of the activity and individual nature of its implementation. Put in these terms, the problem implies not only updating the content of additional professional programs, but the selection of teaching facilities allowing to develop an individual nature of the activity as well. 319 | The fact that a university graduate has a specific set of competencies that meet the requirements of professional standards has become one of the indicators of the quality of education. However, the transition from the traditional education system: the knowledge, skills and abilities to professional competencies, requires for the higher education system to revise approaches of learning. One of such approaches is the use of various forms and methods of training that contribute to the formation of key competences for students. The right to choose the forms of education or their combinations remains with the teacher-specialist, but the set of specific competencies is governed by the basic educational program for the corresponding directions of training graduates. One of the most effective forms of organizing group training is a business game. Formation of competencies for the students occurs through gaming activities aimed at modeling the real professional situation in the course of performing certain social roles for the participants. Business game on the topic: “Statistical distribution of the sample. Empirical distribution function” in the direction of preparation “Economics” (qualification of the graduate “bachelor”) was aimed at solving the problem of organizing the collection and further processing of statistical data. In the course of the game, a simulation of activities aimed at collecting and processing statistical data takes place. The goal for the students was to construct an interval statistical series, empirical distribution function and histogram of frequencies (relative frequencies). The basis for the development of this business game was making the conditions simulating the process of analysis of statistical data at different stages, each of which relies on data from the previous stage, so that all participants felt responsibility for the accuracy and unbiased of the obtained data. As the results of this lesson, the basic knowledge on the research topic was actualized and the students achieved the required level of competence in accordance with the educational program of the discipline. The main results of the activities of the business game participants were reflected in the abstract form, and as an illustration, they are presented in this article. The articles deals with the challenges of globalization, namely, the complex problems of ethnic relations within Russia. The problem is analyzed from the standpoint of possible use of successful practices of previous periods in history of Russia. The main message is to educate young generations of RF ethnic tolerance with positive examples. 322 | The problem of teenagers’ communication with film art is considered, the urgency of forming a spectator culture for the younger generation in the classroom is explained from a practical point of view. The age features of adolescent children are determined, proving the necessity and expediency of forming a spectator culture among them: the tendency to imitate the heroes of a work of art, the desire to communicate in life and in art, the importance of the social nature of activity. An important component of spectator culture is singled out – an aesthetic attitude to cinema art, which is interpreted as an integral perception of the film in the unity of its content and form. For the planning and organization of further work with adolescents in the school film club, a questionnaire is conducted, the purpose of which is to determine the problems of communication between schoolchildren and filmmaking. The questions of the questionnaire are aimed at revealing the knowledge of adolescents about cinematography, the need to communicate with the best examples of cinematography, to determine the nature of the appeal to films (cognitive, entertaining, etc.). On the basis of the analysis of adolescents’ questionnaires, a number of questions and tasks have been formulated that need to be taken into account in the development of the curriculum for the cinema club, the subject of films for pupils’ perception, lecture classes (formation of a stable need for communication with highly artistic samples of cinema, knowledge of the specifics of the cinema, its types and genres; the exclusion of the surface perception of the works of cinematography, preference of entertaining cinema genres , etc.). 323 | The problem of psychosomatic diseases is discussed. Skin diseases are considered as a General psychological model of differentiation and integration of knowledge about the self. The paper investigates the conjugate relationship between psychosomatic skin diseases (psoriasis and atopic dermatitis) and the representation of the self. The literature data in favor of the statement that the early relationship of mother and baby are critical for subsequent mental development. The concept of “primary skin” (E. Bick), which performs the function of binding (“sticking together”) parts of the child’s personality, is considered. It is suggested that the experience passed through by the infant in the early symbiotic relationship with the mother is a prototype for subsequent models of human interaction with the world. If a child is confronted with an early traumatic experience of maternal “misunderstanding,” then he is unable to integrate “what is inside and what is happening outside.” The concepts of “second skin” and secondary symbiosis as protective mechanisms arising in the case of traumatic separation experience are considered. The forms of secondary symbiosis are correlated with two types of the mother’s gaze– the unseeing and the distorting. It is assumed that the two types of gazes and forms of secondary symbiosis correlate with atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. It is hypothesized that defects in the “atopic dermatitis” group are associated with prolonged symbiosis (that is, with the mother’s unseeing gaze), and in “psoriasis” group – with defective or prematurely torn symbiosis (i. e. distorting mother’s gaze). The study was carried out using the Lybko technique (self-representation by means of constructs Myself/I for the Other) and the “Cream” technique (representation of the skin surface by means of different constructs of the cream). The study involved 72 women aged 20–40 years, IU = 37 (30 – healthy (NORMAL), 17 suffering from psoriasis (PS) and 25 – atopic dermatitis (AD)). The method of nonparametric analysis (Kruskal – Wallis criterion) proves that the representation of the true Self manifests itself as a tendency to merge/encapsulate in different groups of subjects. Skin diseases (AD and PS) reflect different ways to overcome secondary symbiosis. When representing the Self, the AD group shows a tendency to fusion, and the PS group shows a tendency to encapsulation. 326 | The results of study of self-regulation of behaviour as a criterion of psychological readiness to successful implementation of research activity are presented. The main phases of research activity within conceptual model of the activity dynamic structure by R. Kh. Shakurov are considered. The study sample included 88 postgraduate students and masters engaged in research work. For revealing the features of the processes of selfregulation of young scientists’ behavior, “Style of Self-Regulation of Behavior” technique by V. I. Morosanova was used. Processes of planning and estimation of results are the most expressed ones in young scientists’ profile of self-regulation. Two factors, tentatively named “flexibility in search for decisions and estimation of results” and “independence in goal setting”, indicating features of styles of self-regulation of young scientists have been distinguished. Gender differences in indicators of the process of planning have been established. Young scientists of male sample had more developed individual features of goal setting and goal retention. It has been revealed that postgraduate students, as opposed to the masters, are forming their program of actions for implementation of tasks of research activity more independently. The data of the Russian and world statistics are presented, the ideas of integrated support and the essence of the strategic paradigm are revealed in the context of this category of students, the essence of the concept “strategy” is analyzed, social and pedagogical strategies and their role in supporting students with disabilities are presented. Federal Law No. 181-FZ from November 24, 1995 (as amended on 20.07.2012) “About the Social Protection of People with Disabilities in the Russian Federation” suggests that the limitation of life is the total or partial loss of the person’s ability or ability to self-service, move independently, orientate, communicate, control their behavior, learn and engage in work. Depending on the disorganization degree of the body’s functions and the limitation of vital activity, a disability group is established for people recognized as disabled. Pedagogical support (according to O. S Gazman, T. V Anokhina, S. I Popova, etc.) is a “system of pedagogical activity” and “the process of sharing with the child the definition of his own interests, goals, opportunities and ways to overcome obstacles (problems)”. Traditionally, in the pedagogical science, the strategy is understood as the regular, appropriate, managed (self-governing) positive changes in the organization itself (goals, content, managing methods and forms of the pedagogical process) and its management system, which leads to the achievement of qualitatively new results in the education, upbringing and students’ development. The pedagogical support strategy is understood broader and considered not only in the context of new learning outcomes, upbringing and development of students with disabilities, but also in the context of realizing the ideas of tolerance, socialization, in-house training, comfortable educational environment formation, taking into account the characteristics of both the students themselves and internal and environmental educational organization, leading to the achievement of qualitatively new results of education, upbringing and development of students, and to achieve social effect. 328 | The article analyzes the current situation regarding the Russian language teaching in China. States the facts of the annual increase in interest in the study of the Russian language in China. This is largely due to both expansion of economic and political ties between China and Russia, seen today, and especially those, implemented by the country's language policy. One of the main directions of the latter is the focus on learning the Russian language as a powerful and effective means of ensuring inter-state relations and deepening and spread in all areas of life of the citizens. The author, based on his own experience of studying Russian language, reflects on some of the ways and means of overcoming the problems related to learning the Russian language by the Chinese. The most effective method of mastering the Russian language among the Chinese native speakers is determined communicative activity approach, involving the focus on the specific situation of interpersonal or social interaction, as well as the need for partial or complete immersion in the environment of the native speakers’ language. There is also the need to create teaching aids based on a comprehensive and integrated approach to the development of speech in terms of attention to all four types of it: listening, reading, writing and speaking. 331 | The paper describes the experience of using computer-based training tests at primary school. The tests tasks were created by the mathematics teacher in the IREN computer system in accordance with the program for the 8th grade on the topic “Inequalities” and taking into account the level of student preparation. The purpose of these tests was to teach students to transform and solve inequalities. The tests were offered to students of the Cadet Corps. Previously, we have formed two groups of eighth grade students who are equal in basic training in mathematics. One group (17 people) did the tests during self-training. We did not limit the number of attempts to pass the test. We did not grade students according to the results of these tests. Another group (14 people) did only ordinary homework on paper. We compared the results of training cadets who used the tests with the results in the control group of cadets who were not tested. These two groups of students solve the same test work on paper. We used the Mann-Whitney test. The results of the training of the cadets who did the tests were better. Using Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, we showed that improving learning outcomes associated with student success in testing. 333 | Normative documents on higher pedagogical education, a real situation in education indicate the necessity to change the quality of the preparation to the pedagogical activity. Such changes in training are ensured by the participation of the students of pedagogical institutions in solving their (pedagogical) education tasks, i.e. their participation in the pedagogical activity necessary for the formulation and solution of these tasks. To do this it is necessary to actualize the conditions and forms of changing of the content and organization of students’ preparation to the pedagogical activity. The issue of the influence of Internet content, which is popular among teenagers, on the degree of their conflict and aggression is considered. The need for the professional development of teachers in the field of information security is proven, which should include the study of the regulatory framework, the exchange of experience with colleagues, and the development of methods of protection against negative information and psychological impact. As one of the proposed measures to improve information security, it is proposed to increase interaction with parents in monitoring the behavior of the child on the Internet. 341 | The article reveals the problem of implementing extracurricular activities in Geography in accordance with the requirements of the current Federal State Educational Standard of basic general education. Pedagogical factors that contribute to the most effective assimilation of geographical knowledge and skills during extracurricular activities in comparison with the classical lesson are revealed. The experience of realization of the program of extracurricular activity with the seventh graders “Geography Experts” is presented on the basis of the “Laboratory of Geoecological Education and Local History” of the Geography Department of Tomsk State Pedagogical University. The developed program allows to organize the effective interaction between school and pedagogical university and to form cognitive interest of schoolchildren in studying Geography, aacquiring subject knowledge and skills, and skills in design and research work. In connection with the rapidly developing global informatization and computerization of society, a need has emerged for diagnosing the risk of developing cyber addiction in adolescents. This article presents a general description of the interrogation methods often used in Russia for diagnosing cyber addiction in children and adolescents, such as Chen’s Internet addiction scale (in adaptation by Feklisov K. The social order reflects the needs of society and the state, the needs and individual characteristics of students, as well as the professionalism of teachers. The conceptual block acts as the theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of common competences and determines the content of all other blocks of the developed model. The target block of the model for the formation of general competences includes the goal, the tasks of this process, based on the observance of didactic principles. As a result of socio-political, economic and cultural changes in education system education originally abandoned its educational function, but in the present situation of devaluation the recovery of values of education can be seen in a number of priority areas for development. To understand the essence of education analyzes the social and philosophical position of the German philosopher and sociologist Niklas Luhmann, who studied the process of sociocultural evolution of education and interpreted education in his work as a result of the educational system of the society. Education in socialization treated by N. Luhmann as mechanisms of personality changes, but education complements and corrects the results of socialization. Education takes its contingency formula in the concept of “education”, which is understood as the result of N. Luhmann active work of the individual over himself, the symbol of his public success. Pedagogy as a theory of reflection develops its own definition of the educational plan, thereby changing the content of the previous formula of contingency “education”. The educational goal is not designated as the development of scientific knowledge, as well as the acquisition of “ability to learn.” This educational goal orients the individual to explore all that is available for the study, and the need for further lifelong learning in the future. Thus, the concept of Luhmann is radically different from today's traditional ideas that underpin all modern education system in which education is understood as a mere tool of learning and education, moreover is not binding and has no evaluation criteria. 347 | The article analyzes statistical data and regulations confirming the relevance of support for youth volunteer initiatives in Russia. Volunteer activities of children and youth in a general educational institution of the city (for example, the city of Tomsk) are discussed. Research methods of a semi-structured interview of 15 teachers from 10 different general educational institutions of Tomsk, and school students aged from 7 to 16 years poll (a sample was 213 people), and method of included observation were used. The results of student surveys indicate a weak involvement of youth in volunteering. This also correlates with a low assessment of student teachers’ interest in volunteering. The presented results of organizing volunteer activities in a general educational institution problem study are obtained on the basis of the Center for Social and Professional Volunteering at Tomsk State University. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of the organization of volunteer activities of teachers of general education organizations are considered. Conclusions are drawn on the relevance of methodological and informational support to teachers of general educational institutions in the city in organizing volunteer activities and sites for exchanging experience in organizing volunteer initiatives in school technologies. The practical value of the research is a methodological manual on technologies of organizing volunteer activities of youth on the example of Tomsk. 348 | The article presents an analysis of the scientific contribution of employees and teachers of psychology of Buryat State Pedagogical Institute (now – Buryat State University) in formation and current state of the higher psychological education in Eastern Siberia. Chronologically presented the contents of the main stages of history of development of sociopsychological faculty of Buryat State University from the moment of organization of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology in 1932 to the present. Destinies and biographies of the first teachers of psychology, who made the most noticeable contribution to the organization of teaching psychological disciplines in higher education institution are traced. Notes the role of famous Russian scientists from the central universities and the leading psychological agencies of the country (research supervisors of graduate students, scientific consultants of doktorants), with support and assistance of which in the second half of the XX century training of highly qualified specialists for the leading higher education institution of Buryatia was carried out. It is shown that more than half a century later, the educational and scientific traditions of training in psychological disciplines put by the first teachers, are adequately continued by the new generations of university teachers–graduates of sociopsychological faculty of Buryat State University in the organization of educational process on the relevant departments and faculties of psychology of the Siberian and Russian higher education institutions. 349 | The article is devoted to the study of the main receptions of Chinese and Russian clubs of Wushu (on the example of Krasnoyarsk). The article presents an empirical study of the basic techniques of the educational Chinese and Russian models. In this study, 120 Wushu 8-12-years-old athletes took part, which comprised the experimental and control groups. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the author came to the conclusion that the use of the basic technique of the educational Russian model for Wushu athletes of 8-12 years leads to an ineffective result in performances at competitions. The Chinese model of basic wushu techniques consists of three parts: the first part - movement and warm-up, stretching; the second part - the technique of kicking, combination of action and balance, acrobatic jumps, jumps; the third part is relaxation, stretching. In connection with the obtained research data, there is a need to improve the Russian model, based on the experience of the presented Chinese model, as well as the psychological and cultural characteristics of Russian athletes. Therefore, a comparative analysis of the basic Wushu techniques will serve as an example for training in Russian training clubs, as well as the spread of Wushu internationalization and improving the physical fitness of athletes. 350 | In recent years in Russia there were opened many institutes and departments involved in the preparation of fashion designers. However, the lack of well-established teaching traditions, uniform requirements, and well-coordinated work of the teaching staff leads to inconsistency in the educational process and interferes with the preparation of specialist able to work in modern conditions. The author sees the solution of the problem in creating a designer’s professional practice model, based on the specifics of the local market of design services, where experts will work after training. The results of dialogue with representatives of regional enterprises that took place on the 24–30 November 2014 at the Institute of Arts and Culture of National research Tomsk State University in the framework of the “Cultural industries”, allow to highlight four basic types of specialization. According to them, the author identifies the basic professional requirements to young fashion designers. Specialists training model, based on these requirements, will lead to forming of student’s professional and special competences and allow higher school to take worthy place in the field of fashion designer’s education.
