The necessity of teaching opponents the basis of staged speech was revealed by exploring the artistic feature of their diverse creating. It stems from the fact that many classical battle plots cannot be implemented on the stage without considering this skill. The importance of staged speech was proved by the factthat the members of the leading Russian artistic fencing teams necessarily posses it. The fact that “live speech” is more preferable than recorded voices even in the case of sport competitions was stated as the result of exploring the performances of The Russian Championship 2015. Hence, together with developing the sport, the refusal of recorded voices will be inevitable, and sportsmen will study staged speech. Moreover, it clarified, that intonation patterns and pauses help clearly highlight the apparent fighters’ motives and intensions. That was successfully illustrated by the example of working with staged speech in the “Alternative Scene” performance. The effectiveness of methods of stage speech trainings which are presented in the article was proved by the fact that performance «The Alternative Scene» by postgraduate student Sergey Shmat’ko and associate professor Viktor Lobanov (duet nomination, freestyle) was awarded the 2nd place at the Russian Artistic Fencing Championship 2016 as a result of high-quality artistic acting. The article examines the essence and interrelation of the concepts of trust, consent, multicultural education. It is proved that these are not abstract, but quite real and multifaceted categories that are not directly economic and social, but psychologically influence the social and economic realities of society. The role of national values, as a set of spiritual ideals of representatives of ethnic communities, is shown in the formation of public trust and consent among young people. It is established that universal values, the importance of which can neither be belittled nor exaggerated, can only specify a context that must be filled with a certain content stemming from the dialectics of interrelation with traditional Russian spiritual values. The article overviews the contemporary situation of the problem of polycultural education, and researches the role of education in cohesion, trust and peacefulness among the present day youth. This problem is important for many countries in the world with multinational population. The Russian state politics is aimed at harmonization of international relationships and civil unity. Due to it Russian education considers the task of building relationships with the representatives of various social, ethnic, religious communities on the basics of principles of respect and acceptance of different cultures, nations and religions. Polycultural education has a high potential to fulfill this task. Keywords: universal and traditional national values, public trust and consent, polycultural education, civil unity | 902
403 | The problem of developing a system of advanced training for teachers in Russia is considered. As a conceptual basis of modernization, it is proposed to understand it as part of adult education, composed of systemic (implements formal education) and non-systemic (implements non-formal education) areas. An urgent direction in the development of adult education is the formation of the infrastructure of these areas, as well as the organization of their coordination. This will make it possible to fully realize the principles of openness and continuity, the potential for complementing formal and non-formal types of education. Non-formal education is considered as a resource for supplementing the deficit of the general cultural content of adult education, a source of humanization, which gives it mobility and increases the motivation of students. On the basis of the research of the requests of pedagogical workers of Russia, the deficits of professional competencies recognized by them, the main deficit is identified – inability to organize interaction with generation Z, ignorance of the specifics of the modern sociocultural situation. It can be replenished in non-formal education communities when becoming acquainted with the main characteristics of sociocultural reality – virtualization and the recreation of dialogue platforms on topics of general interest. 404 | Math anxiety (MA) is a feeling of fear, worry and discomfort when working with numerical information. Students with a high level of math anxiety tend to avoid mathematics and further study in areas where mathematical knowledge is required. This leads to a shortage of applicants for technical and natural sciences. The development of MA can be caused by: poor mathematical skills, genetic predisposition, socio-environmental factors. In fact, some of the same genetic and environmental reasons affect both math ability and math anxiety. This paper discusses such methods of MA regulation as: expressive writing, reappraisal, relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, art therapy, bibliography, music therapy, and psychophysiological methods (i.e. transcranial stimulation). The effects obtained by these methods, its implementation, as well as potential applications in terms of their effectiveness and reliability have been covered. The studied methods have practically not been tested on Russian samples. Therefore, their further study and experimental verification are required. Regulation methods also require testing in real conditions of the educational process. The new reality of blended and online learning could trigger math and academic anxiety. It is important that some of the proposed methods can be indirectly applied to other types of “academic anxiety” (anxiety caused and experienced by students for other specific discipline). 405 | The article is devoted to analytical survey of monographic studies made by the teachers of Tomsk State Pedagogical University on the problems of historical development of historical development of general and additional education in the central Russia and Siberia territories. A distinctive feature of these studies is that they represent the historical experience of the teachers’ seminaries, institutes, schools, the first pre-revolutionary institutions of additional education: summer recreation colonies – the prototype of modern children’s camps; School-Manezh as a precursor to the modern art centers of children and youth. The experience of these institutions from the modern point of view is innovative in teacher training, according to the forms of organization, content and methods of educational work with children, teenagers and students. The monographs show the successive connection of pedagogical ideas of the past with the demands of modern society. 406 | Currently, the urgency of the problem of socialization of children with special educational needs in an inclusive education is becoming extremely important. In education organizations, the number of children with disabilities significantly increases, who have a decrease in the communicative-cognitive need for communication, persistent violations of all parts of the communicative act, which creates significant barriers to interpersonal interaction. In the educational practice of children with special educational needs, the key concept is their successful social adaptation, which is the inclusion of the individual in society, as a result of which the individual’s self-awareness and role behavior, the ability to self-service and interact with others are formed. And only in the process of social adaptation does an individual become a person who possesses the necessary life competencies for a full-fledged existence in society. The article presents the results of a theoretical study of the problems of social and communicative development, the possibilities of communicative activity of children with mild mental retardation. The necessity of targeted corrective and pedagogical assistance in the formation of communicative activities based on identifying real situations in role-playing games that can be included in the corrective work of modules that contribute to the social adaptation of children in this category as a whole is emphasized. 407 | Training education specialists working on digital educational platforms is highly relevant and approved not only in educational system, but also within the country’s economic system, where digitalization is one of the leading priorities. The level of research of challenges, that such training courses are facing, is obviously low. Hence, the article aims to develop training techniques in line with regulatory and organizational potential of modern Russian education. Given proposals are subject to an integrated model being developed on the basis of the existing experience of schools in the Tomsk region. Best practices of the domestic education have been considered at the same time. For example, an integrated nature of the model was provided by a set of requirements for the workers selection, their personal and professional characteristics, prerequisites for regulatory standards of their employment, organization charts, and system of their refresher training. The given model takes into maximum consideration conditions and development prospects of the regional labor market. Hence, its practical implementation can have a positive impact on the economy of the region over the system of local education. Results of the research include some proposals that provide a model for training of such specialists. As a conclusion, this model can be implemented in educational process of each school without any discrepancy with the existing regulations. The importance of the research results was approved by its use in the advanced education for teachers and within the activities of the Tomsk region schools. 408 | The article raises the issue of mental health and the family as the foundation of society and social development of the individual. Comprehensive study of the issue adequately meets urgent needs of a wide audience of clinicians, psychologists, teachers, therapists. The author notes that the evaluation of the psychogenic factors that underlie most psychopathological personality disorders and the neurotic register becomes extremely relevant for psychology. Mental health depends largely on the structure and content of micro social environment, but not on the family: every social stratum has its social and ethical standards, which define mechanisms of personal response and contribute to the prevention of mental maladjustment, which, in turn, indirectly shows the level of the individual, family and social welfare. The conclusion is that the mental health of the person, the individual and the family as a whole is harmed as a result of complex social processes of our time: pressure of economic insecurity, rise of ethnic conflicts, distortion of human relations. One of the main features of the problem of family mental health, according to the author is a multifactorial nature of the pathological, destructive impact on the family. It is a multilateral (psychological, social, natural-scientific) comparison of the leading mechanisms of behavior in everyday conditions, and in becoming more and more frequent emergency extreme circumstances should look for ways to create new modules of perfect, harmonious, balanced person and the family as a social basis of a healthy society. This allows, first, to come close to the most important tasks of studying clinical and sociogenic pathomorphism psychogenic illnesses and social dysfunction; secondly, to increase the multicast of the raised issues (by references to «related» universal problems); thirdly, to bring to problem solving both the experienced skilled researchers and young student audience, social workers, educators, psychologists and young doctors; finally, the integration of the latest knowledge in the field of a comprehensive treatment and prevention process is “multifaceted” and rapidly changes psychogenic patterns. 409 | The article considers the problem of studying and development of educational independence of students in the context of educational activity in higher education institution. The most effective form of educational activities of students is the organizational and activity game “I am a journalist”, which is based on the creation of students’ own projects of newspapers. This game consists of several parts – preparatory, game and reflexive. During the game the students play the roles of the editor, journalists and designers. “Editor” controls the whole process, gives subjects for the newspaper, is responsible for the entire result of the work; “journalists” prepare material on headings, collect information, prepare articles; “designers” are responsible for decorating of the newspaper, make out the newspaper materials prepared by journalists, select photos, drawings and so forth. As a result of joint activities during the game future teachers develop abilities for educational actions, understanding of their meaning; acquire the skills of joint operation with others; begin to take initiative and display subjective position. The data obtained by practical consideration confirm efficiency of application of an organizational and activity game “I am a journalist” for formation of educational independence. The article is of interest to teachers of higher education institutions and students of pedagogical specialties. 410 | The article discusses the features of environmental training for students of Russian technical universities in the context of reforming the education system. The engineering and technical profile of the future bachelor is obliged to build the ecological and educational process differently than in the case of the humanitarian or natural-science areas of student preparation. The system, axiological and thesaurus approaches are offered as theoretical grounds for the environmental and professional training of the future engineer. Together they ensure the development of an ecological culture of the individual – the main goal of environmental education activities. The necessity of representing the technical university graduate’s ecological competency (including the totality of cognitive, creative-activity, motivational-value, reflexive-evaluative components) as a reflection of ecological culture’s formation is considered. The methods and forms of training that contribute to the formation of components of environmental competence of technical university students are described. The system approach is implemented through the use of categorical-system methodology as a tool. The modes of pedagogical interaction of the teacher and student in the model of compensatory homeostat are described and justified. The importance of formation of the ecologic-professional terminology of the future engineer is grounded and the prospect of using the thesaurus approach for this is promising. It shows the possibilities of developing it through a new method of learning – a triadic decoding, involving the identification of the essential characteristics of the defined term through a system of three complementary subordinate concepts. A number of information criteria describing the formation of the ecological-centric worldview, which is the foundation of the student’s ecological culture, is described. Forms and methods of formation of ecological values of technical university’s students are considered. The theoretical foundations of ecological training indicated in the work have a heuristic potential, as it opens the possibility of improving and developing methods of ecological and vocational training for students of technical universities. Keywords: ecological preparation, technical education, system approach, axiological approach, thesaurus, categorical-system methodology | 897
411 | The introduction of universal primary education in the activities of the State Duma of the Russian Empire was for a long time not under the attention of the researchers, and interest in the topic increased due to the restoration of parliamentary traditions and deep reform of the education system. Historical sources show that at the beginning of the XX century, this issue was probably the only one that did not cause disagreements between political parties. But it was never resolved because of the six years of discussions between the factions in the State Duma, the Duma and the Council of State, the Parliament and the Government on related issues – the mandatory or granting of the right to receive primary education, the amount of funding and the nature of the management of Ministerial and Church schools, the language of teaching in primary schools in areas with non-Russian populations, about the role of local governments in the development of school Affairs, and others. The First State Duma, owing to its short existence, was unable to consider the draft law on the introduction of universal primary education, the Second Duma began its work, but its early dissolution did not allow any significant decisions to be taken on the issue. The Third State Duma was the only one in the pre-revolutionary history of Russia that lasted a full term of office, and the results of its activities in the field of education gave it the name “Duma of national education”. More than 300 legislative initiatives in the field of science and education were considered, including 15 draft laws on primary education, and additional allocations for primary schools increased by almost 40 million rubles a year. But the bill passed by the Duma on the introduction of universal primary education did not pass in the State Council. The Deputies of the fourth convocation again discussed the content of the draft developed by the Third Duma. The main cause of the conflicts was the issue of parochial schools. The last time in the history of the Duma a bill was introduced by the Minister of Public Education, P. N. Ignatiev, on 28 August 1916, but the decision on it was never made. However, during the years of operation of the State Duma, unprecedented resources have been allocated for the development of primary education, the training of teachers, the salaries of teachers and the construction of new schools, and public spending on schools almost doubled. 414 | The article poses the problem of foreign text information interpretation teaching by students of non-linguistic specialties in the conditions of written communication. This problem is actualized by the need of the society in professionally “mobile” and competitive specialists able to understand and process foreign language information. The author illustrated the written interpretation teaching by the example of the original texts on the topic “Public Health in Germany” to acquaint students with the peculiarities of this system. The author has developed new methods of written interpretation teaching: denotatum maps, the original text and the text-abstract comparative characteristics composing, highlighting communication blocks and thematic chains, the distribution of key points for the main components, text editing. The article presents the results of research on teaching written interpretation of the original foreign-language text of first-year students of Institute of Power Engineering of Tomsk polytechnic university. New methods for written interpretation teaching and their efficiency have been proved experimentally. The author analysed students’ works on quantitative and qualitative criteria. Two groups (experimental and control) participated in the experimental teaching for a more efficient calculation of the results. The author used mathematical calculations to count them. Measured data confirmed the goal of the research. Keywords: written interpretation, reading, original foreign-language text, technology, text information | 895
415 | The issues of propaedeutics of the formation of professional competencies of students of secondary vocational educational organizations are considered. The concept of “propaedeutics” has been briefly characterized and clarified. The functions of propedeutics of the formation of professional competencies are determined. The study of mathematics by students of technical specialties should not only give intellectual development, but also carry a propaedeutic function for further education and the formation of professional competencies. The study and analysis of the pedagogical and methodical literature shows that the propaedeutic, integrative approach in professional training allows us to find a common platform of subject knowledge for the formation of common and professional competencies in students. The propaedeutic approach to teaching mathematics involves the deliberate inclusion of successive interdisciplinary links in the content of educational material. The propaedeutics of professional competencies’ formation can be implemented on the basis of project-research activities and the inclusion of professional-oriented tasks in the content of the educational general education discipline. This allows us to carry out the propaedeutics of the professional competencies’ formation, contributes to the revitalization of students’ cognitive activity and shows a sustained interest in the future profession. 417 | The article presents an analysis of the process of professionalization and institutionalization of social work in Vietnam, and also describes the historical and current trends in the development of the national educational system in the context of the formation of a new profession – “social work”. The characteristic of the main trends that distinguish the development of vocational training in social work in Vietnam is given. The integration of Vietnam into the educational space of Asia has led to the intensification of international cooperation between domestic higher education institutions and foreign ones in the implementation of various types of educational activities, one of which is the training of social workers. An important area of effective cooperation is a comparative study of this experience, its focus on enriching pedagogical theory with innovative ideas and concepts, identifying opportunities for creative use of constructive ideas of foreign experience in the education of Vietnam. In recent years, Vietnam has increased attention to the study of various aspects of modernization of education. A positive development is the training of many lecturers and young scientists abroad. It is also commendable that some of them undergo training in the field of social work. The main substantive characteristics of vocational training in social work in Vietnam are described, which was considered as a complex socio-historical phenomenon, a systematic pedagogical process with a dialectic of formation and development in public life and educational activities, its own educational-theoretical and practical concepts, socialmotivational and pedagogical conditionality, as well as the corresponding structure: purpose, objectives, content, implementation technology, quality assessment, general sociopedagogical mechanisms of effective functioning. 419 | In many modern universities, especially in research ones, the process of revising approaches and indicators for assessing the quality of teaching is now actively underway, which we propose to consider as innovative and, of course, progressive. The focus has shifted from actual assessing the quality of education to the assessment of teachers’ activity, which he performs or does not perform. In the event of non-compliance with indicators in elections, the lecturer is elected for a shorter term or not elected at all. These figures at a minimum reflect the quality of training in any assessment. In the election for the posts of teaching staff, a very narrow and very specific set of indicators of educational activity, primary to universities, is taken into account, among other things (consider the indicators on the example of research Tomsk State University): the number of qualified candidates and doctors of sciences; the number of dissertations prepared under the guidance of a teacher; the number of credits of courses taught in a foreign language, with the use of electronic resources, or, project, research; the number of prizes engaged by the students, leading teachers, competitions, contests, etc.; the management of basic educational programs. All these factors only indirectly indicate the quality of teaching. Thus, we can confidently say that in Tomsk scientific research universities there is a tendency to quasi-innovations in the evaluation of teaching, as organizational innovations contribute to the reduction of work time standards, increase in productivity, improve of the workflow, and psychological climate in the team. Organizational quasi-innovations can not produce such effects, on the contrary, they lead to conflicts, increase of working time norms, general dissatisfaction with the management and the injustice of the system of procedure election to the office, as well as the loss of qualified personnel. 422 | The article analyzes the experience of Tomsk State Pedagogical University in conducting excursions about religious culture. The necessity of excursions to denominations within religious disciplines is substantiated, the experience of presenting religions through excursions to confessions is presented. The article presents the experience of presentation of religions through excursions to confessions, obtained during the visiting Museum practice and during the classroom work of students of Tomsk State Pedagogical University (specialties “Cultural Studies”, “History”, bachelor’s and master’s degree “Pedagogical education”). The article deals with the specifics of the students of the excursion, the peculiarities of the reaction to religious culture, the nature of the knowledge gained, their influence on the formation of a professional teacher. On the basis of the experience of conducting excursions, the changes in the perception of religious culture that occur in the listeners are analyzed. It is stated that after excursions religious culture does not cause rejection, interest is shown in religion as an element of the spiritual sphere of society. Of particular importance is the tour for undergraduates who are teachers. In the course of visiting excursions, undergraduates acquire new knowledge that allows them to better understand the processes of ethnoconfessional interaction in the city of Tomsk, and learn to organize such excursions, which is especially important for practicing teachers. The ideological influence of religious excursions does not lead to the integration of the student into the denomination. Such integration is impossible without becoming involved in religious practice. This means that the excursion, giving knowledge about religion, keeps intact the personal space of a student and does not impose alien values. 423 | The meta-subject approach was introduced into the system of primary general education in 2010. However, until now there is no officially accepted definition of the term “metasubject content”. The purpose of this study was to reveal the essence and content of the metasubject approach, aimed at ensuring the raise of the subjective cognitive activity of students to the over-subject level. For this aim the author of the article studied the positions of leading scientific schools on the meta-subject content of general education, meta-subject competences and the meta-subject approach as a whole, made a content analysis of the key concepts, correlated the positions of representatives of leading scientific schools on a meta-subject approach with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard, and formulated own position on system-forming concepts. The meta-subject content of general education is a totality of over-subject didactic units (“meta-subjects”, “primary meanings”), as well as methods of conducting meta-subject cognitive activity. Meta-subject results consist of metasubject knowledge, universal learning activities and meta-subject competencies. Meta-subject knowledge refers to knowledge of a higher level of abstraction compared to subject knowledge related to one subject area. Meta-subject knowledge can be obtained only through a combination of knowledge from several subject areas. The author formulated his own definition of meta-subject competencies: meta-subject competencies are the learner’s integrative abilities to learn meta-subject knowledge based on correlation of knowledge from several subject areas, as well as to form universal educational actions based on a combination of different methods of conducting meta-subject cognitive activity from several areas (cognitive, regulatory, communicative). 428 | The formation of the information society, as a consequence of the emergence of the digital economy, has led to the modernization of the education system, the development of its formal, informal and informal components. At the same time, the modern education system is increasingly characterized by such characteristics as: the diversity of providers of educational services; transparent for the labor market and suppliers of educational services competency system; availability of a mechanism to confirm the results of non-formal education through examinations and certification; changing the role of the teacher in the educational process, etc. In these conditions, issues related to the design and implementation of individual educational programs for students in educational clusters that provide for the implementation of the federal component of basic educational programs, extracurricular activities, and additional education become relevant. The tools for achieving these goals in the Tomsk region are a specialized platform for building educational trajectories (regional project Territory of Intellect), as well as the additional education program ProfProjectorium as one of the entry points of children in the sphere of modern technologies through the design of individual educational tracks. Digital educational platform includes the best educational resources of the Tomsk region, which allows to take into account students’ requests and promote their development by means of an individual educational trajectory that includes resources (projects, additional educational courses, events of partners of the digital platform, etc.) that go beyond the lesson and schools. The program is designed to immerse children in such professional areas as Creative Economy, Cyber Economy, New Technological Sector, Research and Production Sphere, Ecological Sphere, get acquainted with promising professions of the present and near future and increase awareness in choosing the way to develop your own competencies with the help of a specialized educational platform. The task for the further development of these areas is to ensure the networking of institutions of education, science, business and the economy as a whole, which corresponds to the definition of network relations as an essential element of the knowledge economy. The developed methodology determines the approaches to choosing the method of constructing educational trajectories in the system of additional education of children, algorithms for building individual educational trajectories, approaches to developing the content of educational trajectories and creating approximate educational tracks based on existing educational programs in the system of additional education in Tomsk region. 431 | An important task of the higher professional education system is the formation of students thinking focused on the future professional activities. For the last ten years in the pedagogical discourse computational thinking began to be regarded as a special organization of cognitive processes that allows to analyze and resolve problems with an orientation to formulate them in such a way that solutions can be represented as a sequence of steps or algorithms that will be implemented with the help of computers. Computational thinking pretends to the status of a new cognitive skill of the information society of the 21st century. For the university ITstudents a well-developed computational thinking is the key to a future successful career. The potential possibilities and organization of the practice of solving physics learning tasks are considered in the context of formation computational thinking of the university IT-students. The analysis is carried out for organization the process of solving physics learning tasks, focused on the development of such components of computational thinking as abstraction, decomposition, algorithmization and generalization. Abstraction is an important component of physics and is associated with the process of solving problems. Students deal with idealized conceptual models of real objects and processes in solving problems. In solving physical problems, decomposition is associated with a speculative breakdown of the material systems under consideration into components, and the analyzed processes into stages. Generalization is used in the transition from individual learning tasks of various contents to their identification. It is an important stage for understanding the general meaning in different initial content. Algorithmization is present in solving physical problems as a sequence of actions. The same algorithm can be used by students for a selected class of learning tasks. Keywords: IT students, computational thinking, solving physical problems | 882
432 | The need to identify and understand the pedagogical potential of literary excursions is based on the need to form the scope of competence for future teachers which is aimed at using the environment as an educational space. It is necessary to distinguish the pedagogical potential of each excursion object on the basis of its functional characteristics. The suggested object classification of literary excursions, the criterion of which is the object personification forming the excursion content, allows dividing these objects into three groups: lifetime, afterlife and artificial objects. It is suggested to create a complex of literary excursions following functional characteristics of these objects (lifetime – authenticity, afterlife – memorialization, artificial – leisure). This complex approach allows to study the life and work of writers plunging first into biographical materials (lifetime objects: houses, apartments, estate museums, reserve museums), then into the aesthetics of memorial monuments and necropolises (afterlife objects) and, finally, into getting to know recreated fantasies (artificial objects: open-air theme parks, museums). Thus, the way of pedagogical potential understanding of various literary excursions (literary and biographical, historical and literary, literary and regional, literary and artistic) will contribute to the spiritual world view formation of future teachers. 433 | The article deals with a topical question of modern literary studies – research, development and approbation of the active forms of mastering the fiction poetics. The article indicates the existing methods of the artistic creations in literature classes, describes the prospects of the educational quest and the main stages of realization of the quest as an educational technology. The article represents the quest based on the creative works by Vladimir Nabokov, the process and results of its testing on participants with different levels of knowledge (freshmen philologists and high school students). In understanding the methodological principles of working with space in the lessons of literature, we rely on the works of E. I. Korostileva, Yu. G. Pykhtina, S. V. Kashirina, A. K. Gaisina, Yu. G. Pykhina, O. I. Fedotov. When developing the quest, three methodological grounds were taken into account. 1. The use of analytical types of tasks. 2. Reliance on the literary tradition of the study of artistic space. 3. Literary analysis should precede the methodical development of the quest. Approbation showed that the process of passing the quest makes the participants deep into the creative world of the novel “Mashenka” by V. Nabokov and helps with structuring not only artistic creation but also the fiction poetics in general (plot logic, dynamics of the character development, etc.). The comprehension of the fictional structure and the author’s concept of work through the quest is achieved in a rather short period. 440 | An analysis of scientific and methodological literature allowed us to conclude that there has been an increase in scientific publications on the problem of training of the elementary school teachers-to-be. However, many issues related to the preparation of the teacher for organizing and conducting a lesson according to the Federal Educational Standards for Elementary General Education (FES-EGE) are debatable and produce drawbacks in the methodological preparation of the teacher-to-be. These drawbacks determined the study problem: how to prepare the elementary school teacher-to-be for the making of the synopsis of the lesson? The objective of the study is to reveal and substantiate the methodology of the preparation of the elementary school teacher-to-be for the making of the synopsis of the lesson. The theoretical relevance of this study is that it concretizes the essence and content of the preparation of the teacher-to-be for the making of the synopsis of the lesson and theoretically substantiates the methodology of the preparation of the teacher-to-be for the making of the lesson synopsis. The practical relevance is that it has developed the organization of independent work by the teacher-to-be regarding his or her preparation for the making of the lesson synopsis according to FES-EGE. Providing the good training of specialists requires not only observing the governmental educational standards that determine minimum requirements to the content and level of the training but also a more effective control of mastering the content of education by the students including independent work that is now a significant part compared to classroom lessons. The theoretical theses of the methodology of preparation of the teacher-to-be for making of the lesson synopsis are illustrated by a synopsis performed in accordance with the modern typology and structure of the lesson described in FES-EGE. The preparation of the elementary school teacher-to-be for making of the synopsis of the lesson is defined as a process including the formation of a system of knowledge (the typology, goal setting and the structuring of the lesson), skills (the skills of determining the type, the goal, the didactic tasks, the universal teaching actions, the structure of the lesson and the methods of teaching) and personal and professional qualities (creative imagination and pedagogical improvisation) providing the effective organization of the lesson according to the requirements of FES-EGE. Material for this research was obtained from researches of the 1990s by the scientists E. A. Klimova, N. V. Kuzmina, V. A. Slastyonin, G. N. Pashkevich and from questionnaires of first-year students at Tomsk State Pedagogical University in October, 2019. The research was carried out by means of theoretical methods (analysis of the scientific literature and statistical data of the 2019 admission campaign) and empirical methods (student questioning). This article is compiled to reveal to the pedagogical alumni the factors influencing the professional choice of first-year students who became the participants of the research in 2019 with comparison to researches of such type carried out in the 1990s. As a result of this research the following conclusions were drawn: obtaining a pedagogical profession is the most attractive for young females; inner-state and international educational migration of prospective students remain; the pedagogical experience prospective students have before they enter a university help them to realize what major to choose at a pedagogical university; contemporary first-year students have intrinsic motives, but have more extrinsic motives. Comparing with researches by V. A. Slastyonin of the 1990s there increased the per cent of students who put forward as the factors that influenced their choice of a pedagogical university such factors as that of willing to get higher education and that of circumstances, these results allow to confirm current necessity to help students with their professional self-determination while they study at a university. 443 | The absence of a modern, adequate, well-built pedagogical system does not allow us to form the necessary level of education in our society. The results of the conducted studies revealed the following: the family institute loses its value in the minds of people, childhood alcoholism and drug addiction are at a high level, “an easy and beautiful life” is a subject for imitation for many adolescents. In such a situation, it is necessary to seek a means that can stop a negative trend. The article suggests using sports as a means that can raise the level of upbringing and form the right values in people. The role of sport in the life of society is difficult to overestimate, it performs many functions that affect the state of society as a whole. But this influence is not built systematically, so the negative typos sport also leaves. In general, the process of education is spontaneous, therefore, as a result, we are less likely to graduate from children’s sports school with a high level of education. For the most effective impact of sports on people’s lives, it is necessary to methodically build the entire educational process, then as a result we will receive a larger number of people with a high level of upbringing. 444 | The problem of correctional work with children with autism spectrum disorders through the development of interhemispheric interaction is considered. The results of studies by Russian and foreign authors on morphological differences of the corpus callosum of the brain in people with autism spectrum disorders, in which a specific neural marker was identified, giving new directions of correctional work. Considering that the corpus callosum provides interhemispheric interaction, the authors suggested that neurogymnastics should be added to the learning process of children with autism spectrum disorders. An experiment was conducted to prove its effectiveness. Fragments of neuropsychological diagnostics of preschool children according to J. M. Glozman were used to assess the level of development of interhemispheric interaction. A number of adapted samples were used, the quantitative assessment of which was compared with the indicated levels. The results of the ascertaining, forming and control stages of the experiment are described. Additional techniques, namely neurogymnastics, were used as an experimental factor. It is included in classes with children of the experimental group, first as a replacement for the traditional warm-up, and then in the structure of the classes themselves. The results of a comparative analysis of the dynamics of the development of interhemispheric interaction at the beginning and end of the experiment allowed us to conclude that short daily classes in neurogymnastics can accelerate the development of interhemispheric interaction in children with autism spectrum disorder.
