751 | This article actualizes the problem of improving the quality of school education in the modern educational environment. In accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of General Education and the competence-based approach, one of the tasks is the student’s research position. Consequently, one of the results of high-quality education is the formation of research competence among senior pupils. The authors cite various characteristics and definitions of the concept of “research competence” given by wellknown researchers as V. A. Bolotov, I. A. Zimnyaya, A. K. Markova, A. V. Khutorskoy, etc. Theoretical concepts based on the position of the systemic, competence-based, activity-based approaches are consistent with the results of published pedagogical research in this area. The conditions under which the formation of research competence is effective are the involvement of students in their own research activities, as well as the presence in the content of the discipline of a problem-oriented and regional context, which is necessary for the formation of research methods of cognitive activity. As an illustration of these provisions, the development of a student’s research project is presented, in which an effective pedagogical technology is demonstrated in dynamics, which has a direct impact on the research competence of students in classes in which natural sciences are studied in depth. An example of the presented project shows how it is possible to realize research competence in the conditions of in-depth study of natural science disciplines within the framework of the model of interaction between school and university, as well as the possibility of enriching the content of the teaching of high school students in classes with in-depth study of natural sciences with tasks with a regional component and focused on the development of mental operations, on the structuring of theoretical knowledge. 752 | The definition of the concepts of creativity is given, methods of using three-dimensional modeling used in the visual arts and science are given, taking into account the latest data in this field of activity. The research material was the work of various authors in the field of the development of creativity and creativity, as well as the materials of researchers in the field of three-dimensional modeling. Their use made it possible to study the ideas about the development of creativity in younger students. In the creative process, the productive and reproductive components of thinking have a direct connection and the ability to move from one to another. Thanks to this, the evolutionary ability of intelligent systems can be provided, as well as the ability to reproduce, analyze and design, since any complex system develops on the basis of contradictory properties. Imagination is intermediate between perception, thinking and memory. The peculiarity of this form of the mental process lies in the fact that imagination is peculiar only to people who are able to modify the world around them, change reality, and also create something innovative. Today, the use of modern advances in computer technology is freely distributed in many areas. In order to develop a person’s creative thinking, the use of computer technologies, including 3D modeling, plays a significant role. It can be noted that the need to develop creative thinking through 3D modeling is due to the fact that information technology will bring benefits in the field of national education. On the basis of the analyzed theoretical base, a system of tasks has been developed, including: questions requiring creative activity; simple creative tasks at the reproductive level; creative projects for 3D modeling. The inclinations to creativity are inherent in every younger student who needs to initially prepare the child for the search for new ideas and non-standard solutions. 753 | The problem of improving the quality of training of future teachers remains relevant, despite numerous reforms in the field of vocational education. Employers, when assessing the competencies of graduates of pedagogical colleges and universities, note the lack of practical training. The graduates themselves note the difficulties in solving many practical issues that arise in the first days of their professional activity. The introduction of new federal state educational standards for secondary vocational education requires changes in the practiceoriented educational process. Modern pedagogical practice remains in fact the only available option for obtaining the primary experience of future teachers. However, many researchers note gaps in the organization of practical training of students. This affects the level of development of professional competencies of graduates. The data of the psychological and pedagogical research on the development of professional competencies of students-teachers are presented in the article. Our research is based on the idea of developing additional training modules aimed at independent practical work of students. Additional training modules offered to students included theoretical information, independent work aimed at creating a methodological development and its practical implementation. During the implementation of the experimental study, the authors diagnosed the expected and subjective increase in the level of development of professional competencies (based on the results of practical training). The results showed that the students who entered the experimental group and performed additional tasks in the course of practice in the studied modules had a slightly higher subjective assessment of the increase in the level of development of professional competencies after the internship than the students of the control group. Further research on these issues will provide more accurate data. 754 | The relevance of the article is due to the fact that recently there has been an increased interest in the topic of social and pedagogical adaptation of a person in a rapidly changing cultural and socio-economic environment. The sphere of education, in spite of its conservatism, is also undergoing drastic changes and requires new approaches. In this regard, in our study, we study the role of extracurricular activities in the socio-pedagogical adaptation of cadets, since the conditions of education and living in a cadet boarding school differ significantly from ordinary general education schools. Also, it should be noted that the concept of “extracurricular activities” is given great attention in the Federal State Educational Standards of the new generation. Therefore, the article discusses in detail the purpose, objectives, result of this type of activity, as well as the place in educational programs at different periods of time. Much attention is paid to the construction of individual programs for extracurricular activities. In our opinion, each form of extracurricular activity corresponds to certain individual and age characteristics of students. The article describes a comprehensive program that includes not only portfolio analysis, academic performance and conversation with parents, but also recommendations for a complete psychological and pedagogical diagnostics to identify the abilities of schoolchildren that will correspond to one or another form of extracurricular activities. The results show that this approach contributes to a more successful passage of the adaptation process. 755 | The article examines the moral sphere of deviant and ordinary adolescents from the point of view of their ideas about conscience. The importance of studying the moral aspects of personality in puberty is noted, when a system of internal life values and ideas about oneself is being formed. Conscience is described as a psychological mechanism of morality and its mechanism is the moral regulation of human behavior. As a result of the study, nine basic semantic units of ideas about conscience for the studied sample were identified, such as: conscience as a moral attitude to an act; conscience as a subject of moral education; conscience as a life guide; conscience as a positive phenomenon; conscience as a negative phenomenon; conscience as a regulatory and volitional mechanism; conscience as a mechanism of moral consciousness; conscience as a legal mechanism; conscience as a communicative function. In the study we found that deviant adolescents are less focused on moral prohibitions and their lifestyle is characterized by a struggle between positive and negative influences. For ordinary adolescents, their inner selves seem worthy, interesting, and colorful; they are more likely to raise their (future) children as conscientious people. The social context for adolescents considered as an important foundation on the basis on which an internal system life values and self-image, is formed. However, the social context is considered as one of the determining factors of the specifics of the formation of ideas about conscience, deviant and socio-normative behavior of deviant and ordinary adolescents. 756 | The paper considers the grammatical means used by speakers to indicate the source of information when organizing an utterance, the purpose of which is to transfer information received in communicative acts preceding a specific act of communication. It is shown that these grammatical means belonging to different language system divisions are not fully characterized in the methodological literature and, first of all, in the normative documents regulating the teaching of Russian to foreigners. Filling the gap existing in the applied description of the language system (its fragment) supposes it to be built on the language research by theoretical linguistics. To determine the place of grammatical means of indicating the source of information in the language system, the authors turn to the communicative grammar of G. A. Zolotova, to the concepts of “authorization” and “authorization means” proposed within this linguistic model. When considering the system of authorization means in the Russian language from the standpoint of theoretical linguistics, the objectives of their study and description in the linguodidactic aspect are formulated and scientifically substantiated. Linguodidactic conception of authorization means (not yet described satisfactorily in the methodological literature) based on the language system provides the basis for the most efficient presentation of this material to a foreign audience and for the learners’ success in acquiring this part of Russian grammar. 757 | The problem of improving the quality of methodological and subject training of future teachers is raised. Subject and methodological deficits of graduates of pedagogical universities actualize attention to the issues of metamethodics, which is interpreted by the authors as a link between the laws of classical didactics and the principles of teaching methods for individual academic subjects. It is shown that even the classics of didactics spoke about the need to allocate a special area in pedagogy, which will generalize empirical methodological experience and thereby identify the most effective forms and methods of teaching. It is assumed that the methodology can link the teaching and learning paradigms, focus on the managerial aspect of pedagogical activity, and develop effective learning scenarios. Reflections on metamethodics allow the authors to identify a special professional competence of a modern teacher: metamethodics as a set of subject, methodological and activity aspects. Due to this, the methodology can become a new theoretical basis for building educational activities at different levels and in different types of education. In the future, it will be important to study metametodics as an interdisciplinary phenomenon and identify its educational resources for building educational activities taking into account current global trends in the development of education. The relationship between the socio-cultural approach and the museum is investigated, which determines the change in the educational activity of the latter. In accordance with the demands of society, museum communication as a method of interaction with a person in the educational practice of the museum becomes paramount. Museum communication and the process of its transformation in the digital age is a key concept for studying the mechanisms of modernization of the educational activities of the museum. In turn, communicative processes transform the content and results of education in the museum, giving it personally meaningful meanings. The semantic field of the content of museum education becomes the basis for communication, and the museum visitor is a representative of one or another point of view on cultural phenomena. The museum, being at the junction of various sciences (pedagogy, psychology, museology, art history), sees its goal not so much in the expansion of knowledge, but in the development of the value apparatus, attitudes, and creative abilities of the individual. 759 | The article highlights the issues of the development of the quality of higher education under modern conditions through the provision of the network interaction of the universities. This article clarifies the concepts of “quality of education”, “network (joint) educational programs”, “academic mobility”, reveals the essence of the content of network interaction. The main contexts that determine the actualization of the network interaction of universities in Russia and abroad are identified. The practice of implementing the network interaction of Tomsk State University aimed at the ensuring of the academic mobility of students is described. The analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the development of the quality of education is presented. 760 | This article highlights the competitive olympiad activity as one of the tools of the educational process. The authors analyzed the participation of students of the FEFU branch in Nakhodka in competitions and olympiads for the period of 2019. Forms of participation in such competitive olympiad activities are presented. The importance of such events is shown. The use of competitive olympiad activity enables the teacher to unleash the creative potential and intellectual activity of the student. It is shown that, on the whole, such activity will increase interest in learning, motivates to participate in research activities, the ability to apply methods of creative activity in further studies is being formed, the ability to independently search and solve practical problems, to rational activity is developing. By participating in various events of this kind (especially when different areas of knowledge are affected), you can increase student performance. We also note that during such events, the communicative component between the students and the teacher increases, which at the same time can be a subject teacher and the head of a competition or olympiad. It has been noted that recently, such activities in the branch are gaining momentum, and the number of competitions and contests and the participants themselves is increasing annually. After participating, in such external events, students begin to realize that they need to constantly strive for selfdevelopment and increase their skill level. The authors highlighted the difficulties that students encounter in preparing for competitive olympiad activities and shows the role of the leader (curator, tutor, etc.) in solving these difficulties. 761 | This publication reflects the formation of a teacher, scientist and successful manager in the system of pedagogical education, Professor of Tomsk State Pedagogical University Vladimir Mikhailovich Zelichenko, who recently passed away. The author reveals its role in the development of additional physical and mathematical education of schoolchildren in Tomsk and its significant contribution to improving the level of training of modern teachers. It reflects his own growth as a physicist during his work at Tomsk State University and the Siberian Institute of Physics and Technology, organizational success in opening the second physics and mathematics school in Siberia, after Novosibirsk, for students, pedagogical views on teacher training and their implementation in practice at Tomsk State Pedagogical Institute, and then at the University. The main directions of scientific activity of V. M. Zelichenko are presented. He developed the theory of education, based on the evolutionary-synergetic paradigm, and applied issues of scientific and methodological support of physical and natural science education. In this direction, he developed new approaches to both the preparation of future teachers for teaching natural science disciplines, and to improving the qualifications of subject teachers. V. M. Zelichenko proved a number of minimal theorems as applied to excited states of atomic systems. He has constructed a unique technique for the minimax calculation of excited states. V. M. Zelichenko made a contribution to the study of the phenomena of photoionization of many-electron atoms. New approaches to the study of fullerenes are formulated. 762 | Formation of life plans for a career in the professional and family sphere is the development task of emerging adulthood. The transitivity of modern society and the transformation of the family institution determine the relevance of studying the types of coordination of plans of modern youth in the field of profession and family. The goal is to study the motivational and meaning sphere of young people with various types of coordination of plans for family and professional careers. Tasks: 1) identification of the types of career plans coordination in the family and professional spheres; 2) study of the features of motivation for various types of coordination of career plans; 3) the study of the life-meaning orientations of young people with various types of coordination of career plans. We used the author’s questionnaire «Life plans - family and professional careers» and the life-meaning orientations technique (D.A. Leontiev). The sample consisted of 167 students aged 17 to 22 years. Results. Empirical types of coordination of professional and family career plans (consistency of professional and family careers with their high significance, ego-centering in focusing on a professional career, priority of family career, priority of professional career, negative/disinterested attitude to professional and family spheres) are highlighted. The features of motivation for the professional sphere are revealed: the increase in the importance of the social relevance of the profession and social recognition motives with the coordination of career plans and the priority of personal interests in ego-centering. For the family sphere: an increase in motivation for avoiding loneliness and raising children with the priority of a family career, low motivation for raising children with a priority of a professional career, a negative attitude towards career plans and ego-centering. The consistency of career plans in the professional and family spheres is associated with a high meaningfulness of life, the experience of its fullness with events and achievements. 764 | The article deals with the application of distance learning technologies in the organization of professional training of future primary school teachers. The authors analyze the main trends in the preparation of students of the pedagogical direction in the university. One of the main trends is the formation of the ability to use and creatively process educational technologies in the course of their professional activities. Taking into account this trend and the results of the survey of students allowed the authors to identify the need to use new distance learning technologies. As an example of the effective use of distance learning technologies, the authors describe the work on the creation of an electronic journal by students. This type of work made it possible to involve students in educational activities. In addition, students have gained experience in the use of distance learning technologies. 765 | In professional activity, a teacher needs to build effective communication with children and parents, while effectively managing their emotions, understanding the feelings of other people, and showing reflexive skills. Emotional competence is a mandatory component of a teacher’s professional competence. The article discusses various approaches to understanding emotional competence and emotional intelligence, its structure, connection with social activity, cognitive processes, academic performance, and professional success. The aim of the empirical research is to analyze the level of emotional competence of teachers as a professionally important quality. The sample was made by teachers and pedagogues – psychologists of general educational organizations of Irkutsk, totaling 70 people. The study used the method of assessing the reflexivity of A. V. Karpov; test questionnaire by D. Lyusin EmIn. The results of empirical research have shown that the majority of teachers have an average level of development of emotional intelligence and an average level of development of reflexive abilities. The share of teachers with low and very low levels of development of emotional intelligence was 34,2 %. A low level of understanding of emotions was revealed in 48,6% of teachers, 34,3% of teachers showed a low level of control and a very low level of control over emotions. Teachers with a low level of understanding of emotions also demonstrate a low level of reflexivity of the emotional state. 28,6% of the subjects have a low level of development of reflexive abilities. They have difficulties in analyzing the situation as a whole, including with the perception, processing and analysis of emotional states. A low level of emotional intelligence and reflexivity does not allow the teacher to be successful in his professional activity: he does not understand the child’s problems, his experiences, does not empathize with his joys and sorrows, and cannot control his condition. Such teachers themselves need psychological support, the organization of special classes for them on the development of emotional intelligence, empathy and reflection. The most important feature of modern education is its universality. There are universal competences in all modules of the educational program and in various activities. This work is devoted to the formation of universal competencies in the course “Theoretical Physics. Module: Classical Mechanics” for undergraduate students on the example of a section related to finding the law of body motion. The emphasis is on the approach to solving Hamilton’s equations as a system of first-order differential equations. The module “Classical Mechanics” is the initial stage of the study of theoretical physics. This section discusses various approaches to the study of the dynamics of mechanical systems, such as Newtonian mechanics, Lagrangian mechanics, and Hamilton’s canonical formalism. These approaches are equivalent, but Hamilton’s formalism has several advantages. The topic of the work is relevant for students of pedagogical universities, whose professional tasks involve the ability to search, critical analysis and synthesis of information, apply a systematic approach to solving the assigned tasks (Universal Competencies-1), generalize theoretical material and apply it to specific tasks with specific methodological goals. The purpose of the development is to help students see the similar and different points in problem solving, considering the proposed problems from a unified position. 768 | The article is dedicated to the development of a new content and a new format of patriotic education of the younger generation. On the Victory Map (administrative map of the Russian Federation) in the territories of 85 subjects of the country will be placed two figures (military losses, the loss of civilian population), as well as those types of products that the region sent to the battle-front. The creation of a map will not only attract a large number of participants to the project, but will also allow you to see your own country, which defeated fascism in a new way (with numbers and facts). The novelty of the content’s approach is manifested in the ability and accessibility of work with authentic historical sources – declassified documents from the World War II period in regional archives. The main theme is the rear daily life of the civilian population (including military products for the front) and the identification of the number of human losses in the rear, which are the consequences of the Nazi genocide against the peoples of the Soviet Union. The mega-project is set up for the coordinated work of regional teams of Russian pedagogical universities, regional school teams and expert teams. At the same time, team formation is considered as one of the effective methods of implementing a patriotic project. As for the new format, the structure of the mega-project includes 2 research archival projects, 2 creative (competition and regional online project) and a number of organizational and educational events. As a result, the pedagogical prospects of the implementation of the mega-project “Victory Map 2025” seem to be an effective experience of the implementation of a long-term multi-age project of patriotic orientation. 769 | The article deals with the formation of universal competencies among the bachelors of pedagogical education (critical thinking, cooperation, communication, creativity, computer literacy). In the context of the modern transformation of education, the formed universal competencies will allow young professionals to be adaptive, mobile, corresponding to the challenges of modern society, and will help to organize their professional activities taking into account the characteristics of generation Z. A distinctive feature of the representatives of this generation in educational activities is the rapid finding of information on the Internet while simultaneously performing several tasks, the ability to assimilate large amounts of information grouped by a specific topic, multimedia, joint (group) decision-making, etc. An approach to the design of the educational process based on the technology of «reverse design», SMART-form (smart planning: concrete, measurable, achievable, coordination, time) and B. Bloom’s taxonomy is presented. The requirements for the formulation of learning outcomes, which should be measurable and motivating for learning, are outlined; the assessment activity should allow the student to confirm the achievement of the planned result; learning outcomes should be correlated with each other and correlated with the context of the discipline; the achievement of the planned result should be carried out in a specific time interval (during the period of studying the discipline). The author describes his own experience in designing of education outcomes for the academic discipline «Extracurricular activities in elementary school» for bachelors of pedagogical education. The design has the following algorithm: formulating of education outcomes in the discipline, decomposition of education outcomes in the discipline into education outcomes by module, development of assessment activities, determining the type of activity (microlearning, differentiated learning, agile-technology, inverted class, group work, mutual commenting), selection of Internet tools and services (Google-table, Mentimeter constructor, socrative.com, canva.com platform). 770 | The article deals with the problem of choosing the methods of editing texts written by means of the Creative writing technique. The relevance of the issue of text editing, with focus on creative texts, is determined by the need for advancing text editing skills both for translators and for foreign language teachers in order to edit their own translations as well as those of the students. The phase of proofreading and editing of creative texts is analyzed. Diverse forms of editing are considered: individual form, peer-reviewing and groupreviewing, and „writers’ conference”. The necessary conditions for efficient editing of creative texts are specified, such as a friendly psychological atmosphere, facilitating the role of a teacher and constructive feedback to a text’s writer. The article provides examples of reviewing of creative texts at German lessons at universities. The reviewing of texts written by applying Free-Writing and Automatic writing is analyzed. The article considers the question of assessment of students’ creative works in a foreign language. 773 | The article analyzes the current state of the problem of rehabilitation (habilitation) of preschool children after cochlear implantation. The authors analyze the different approaches of accompanying deaf children with cochlear implants that exist in the Russian Federation. The relevance of the research topic is due to the significant increase in the number of such schoolage children in Russia over the past 10 years. The purpose of the article is a comparative analysis of the experience presented in the scientific literature of accompanying families raising children with disabilities with cochlear implants on various educational routes and areas of life. The author also analyzes the experience of the Australian parent community on the issues of accompanying children after cochlear implantation. The article provides information confirming the specifics of the development of children who have undergone cochlear implantation and their peers who use hearing aids. Work, support of preschool children with cochlear implants is carried out not only at the clinical bases of the Scientific and Clinical Center of Otorhinolaryngology of Russia, but also in its branches in republican, regional, regional clinical hospitals with the involvement of regional specialists of the federal districts of the country. Additional education, being a subsystem of general education, is considered in the regional context as an open variable pedagogical system that works to achieve the national goal of developing talents and self-realization of the younger generation. Responding to the challenges of our time, new regional practices of managing the field of additional education are gradually being formed, including active horizontal and inter-level relations, integration of non-institutional educational service providers into the general content circuit, and decentralization of management mechanisms. Considered as the basis of “long life education”, the concept of “additional education of children” acquires new semantic characteristics, including requirements for the content of educational results, continuity of educational programs, orientation to different categories of students. 775 | The article considers the current state of research on psychological characteristics of representatives of engineering professions. A review of empirical studies over the past 12 years, devoted to the study of the psychological characteristics of professionals in various engineering specialties and students enrolled in the relevant areas of training, has been carried out. The analysis of the features of the organization of research, the subject of research and the methods used, on the basis of this, four main areas of research are distinguished: determination of factors affecting the parameters of professional activity; assessment of the severity of individual personality traits; determination of the features of the formation of professionally important qualities of an engineer; analysis of students’ ideas about the personal qualities required by engineers. It is indicated that studies that use the method of expert assessment prevail, while there are no detailed characteristics of the assessed qualities, and the organization of research does not allow identifying psychological characteristics specific only to engineers. The cognitive, individual-typological and personal qualities of engineers, which were distinguished in studies of different years, are described. Most often, the personal qualities of engineers include: volitional qualities (restraint, self-control, perseverance, etc.), qualities in which the attitude to work is manifested: responsibility, pedantry, conscientiousness, etc. qualities, self-confidence, courage, determination, independence, professional mobility, general culture, spiritual needs, the need for self-education and readiness for it, stress resistance. The necessity of forming the social qualities of the engineer’s personality, the development of volitional traits: the processes of planning, modeling, control, evaluation of one’s own activity is emphasized. 776 | In the changing socio-economic conditions there is a developmental impairment of teachers’ personal identity, which leads to a distortion (deformation) of its structural components. The relevance of the study is due to the need for a scientific search for ways to overcome the identity crisis and build programs for the development of subsystems of personal (individual) and social (professional) teachers’ identity that are adequate to changing conditions. The aim of the study was to investigate the levels of differentiation, reflexivity, features of the emotional-evaluative tone of identification characteristics, the ratio of personal and social components in self-determination of identity. Research sample consists of 132 teachers of educational institutions of the city of Kiselevsk, Kemerovo region, aged 24 to 63 years, with pedagogical experience from 1 year to 35 years. All teachers were divided into 6 groups in accordance with the periodization of the professional development of V. A. Dmitrievsky. All subjects were characterized by the the inharmony of elements of identity, the predominance of social components (educational, professional and family-clan characteristics) in the structure of self-descriptions, the average level of reflectivity and a low level of self-acceptance. One of the forms of involving children in folk singing performance is a folklore ensemble, in the classroom of which the skills of performing folk songs are formed. The methodological guidelines were complex, dialectical, comparative-contrastive, logical approaches, as well as theoretical analysis of psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature. In the course of the research, the process of forming the skills of performing songs within the framework of folk traditions in a folklore ensemble, carried out in conditions of additional education, has been substantiated. The skills of performing folk songs in a folklore ensemble include: skills of folklore intonation (smooth sound science; natural sound formation; use of both head and chest resonators; improvisational approach to singing and lyrics); singing skills; skills in performing polyphonic tunes of heterophonic style, style of two-, three-, four-voice drone polyphony, etc. The main repertoire of the folklore ensemble is samples of folk musical art. Folk musical art is an art of a special kind, which is characterized by tradition, syncretism, variability, collectivity, emotional saturation, a combination of the universal and the national. Taking into account these features of musical folklore leads to the definition of special pedagogical principles for mastering folk musical art. One of the leading principles on which the development of musical folklore is based is the legibility of the transmission of musical material. The principle of improvisation comes from the very nature of folk art. He suggests that the development of folklore should be creative. The principle of combining individual and integrated approaches in teaching the folklore tradition of performance presupposes the combination of collective and individual creativity. The principle of syncretism involves the use of various types of activities in the classroom – singing, dancing, playing instruments. The principle of confidential communication between a teacher and children presupposes open, emotional relations between the participants of the folklore action. The principle of ensemble teaching will allow you to teach how to adapt your voice to the overall sound, organically including it in the overall performance. The mastering of a folk song is distinguished by its great originality and requires the teacher to implement all the principles that reflect the specificity of musical folklore. 779 | The study of the motives for choosing a teaching profession, the basic structure of the motivational sphere, including speech therapy students, the formation of a realistic idea of the future profession are a necessary condition for training specialists of the new era. Based on the analysis of students’ of full-time and part-time forms of study, from the 1st to the 4th years, motives, the authors identify «core» motives: moral (helping children); motives of a professional and pedagogical orientation (love for children); social (being in demand in the labor market), cognitive (self-realization and self-improvement), material (the possibility of private practice and part-time work) and utilitarian (short working day, long vacation). In the zone of the immediate periphery, social (social significance) and creative (creativity and versatility of the profession) motives turned out to be significant for both groups. Utilitarian motives in the peripheral zone (a separate office, the value of experience in the interests of the family), financial, prestigious (career growth) motives are more represented among students of part-time form of study. The authors analyzed the motives for choosing the profession «speech therapist» and the dynamics of formation of motivational processes from the standpoint of the psychological and pedagogical approach. 780 | The organization of professional training of students at the university is focused on the social needs of society and is conditioned by the requirements that are imposed on the primary school teacher. Within the framework of professional training, the emphasis is on its methodological component, which is based on the involvement of the future teacher in the process of building their own education, a conscious attitude towards mastering the profession. The goal is to consider such a way of involving future primary school teachers in the process of their own methodological preparation, as a joint lesson design. As materials for the study, we used works devoted to the consideration of the organization of professional training of future teachers and their further professional activities. On the basis of the Altai State Pedagogical University, a survey of students “My methodical training” was conducted, which made it possible to determine the understanding of future primary school teachers of their own training and their role in it. The results of the analysis of the survey showed that students attach the greatest importance to the development of lessons, while it is important for them to be involved in this activity, and not just to receive methodological information. Based on the data obtained, as well as taking into account the specifics of the organization of joint activities in the process of methodological training of future primary school teachers, various options for joint design of lessons were developed and implemented within the discipline “Methods of teaching the Russian language and literary reading”: joint design with a teacher, joint design in pairs and collaborative design in groups. This article discusses in detail the option of joint design in pairs – on the example of organizing the activity game “Joint design: developer and expert”. The participants of the game interacted with each other for several weeks, creating, analyzing and correcting the outline of the lesson. The material of the study was: the results of the survey of students of the pedagogical university of the final courses and teachers of the basic schools of the Tomsk State Pedagogical University, as well as the psychological and pedagogical workshop developed by the author. On the basis of the presented survey data, the resources for the development of the content of pedagogical education are identified, and a psychological and pedagogical workshop is proposed as one of the mechanisms for solving the problem of actual professional training of future teachers. In order to assess the level of physical fitness of students within the framework of their physical education at the university, it is possible to use the standards of the GTO complex as a universal evaluation mechanism that allows identifying the most physically developed representatives of this generation. The purpose is to determine the compliance of the level of physical fitness of modern students of non-physical education specialties with the norms of the GTO complex and to identify on this basis ways to improve the physical training of students in the conditions of a modern university. The materials for the study were theoretical and empirical data obtained on the basis of the use of methods of theoretical analysis of special literature and advanced pedagogical experience, pedagogical experiment, control tests, mathematical and statistical methods of data processing and analysis. When studying the advanced pedagogical experience accumulated in our country since the introduction of the revived GTO standards in 2014, reflected in relevant publications, as well as scientific and methodological literature in the field of physical education, it was shown that at present the level of physical fitness of students does not always meet the requirements of GTO standards. This fact was proved experimentally, by conducting control tests on the basis of the Mari State University. This indicated that additional work is required on the physical training of students, and those indicators of physical fitness of students that require the greatest development were also identified. The regional general education system is characterized. The practice and experience of its phased digitalization are described. Some fundamental federal and regional regulatory legal acts that determine the strategy to develop digitalization of the general education system are analyzed. The digital competencies of management personnel and pedagogical employees of educational organizations, which are necessary for effective cooperation and organization of the educational process in the context of creating a unified digital educational environment in the region, have been investigated. On the basis of the study, the groups of digital competencies for the teaching staff in general education system have been identified, and the qualitative characteristics of digital competencies necessary for the systemic and effective digital transformation of the general education system in the region have been formulated. The author’s diagnostic materials have been developed and described using case-type tasks, focused on identifying teachers’ professional deficiencies, corresponding to three groups of digital competencies. Examples of case-type tasks aimed at identifying professional deficits are given. 786 | In this article the value and moral sphere of a personality is examined. The results of the study of values in domestic and foreign researches are discussed. The heterogeneity and inconsistency of these results is shown, that determines the relevance of continuing the researches on the value-moral sphere. A new perspective of its study is proposed, that is related to the moral component of spiritual capacities, which includes such a moral and value subcomponent as spiritual and moral qualities. These qualities reflect an orientation towards the highest universal human values. The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship of the spiritual and moral qualities of a person with positive (virtues-values) personality traits, as well as with negative (non-spiritual) personality traits. The study involved 79 people: 60 – female; 19 – male; students (full-time and part-time) from Ufa, Moscow. Age 18–30 years old. Average age – 20,97 ± 2,84. The following methods were used: Spiritual Personality Inventory by A. Hussain and M. Anas (adapted by G.V. Ozhiganova, 2019); Values in Action Inventory of Strengths (VIA-IS) by K. Peterson and M. Seligman (adapted by S. A. Bashkatov, 2013) – a short version; the Dirty dozen Questionnaire by P. K. Jonason and G. D. Webster (adapted by T. V. Kornilova et al., 2015). As a result of the study of the moral and value subcomponent of spiritual capacities, a significant positive relationship between the spiritual and moral qualities of a person and positive qualities related to classical virtues (values): “Justice”, “Courage”, “Temperance”, “Wisdom” was established. There were found significant negative correlations of spiritual and moral qualities and such negative traits (Dark Triad) as Psychopathy and Machiavellianism, and the absence of correlations with Narcissism. The issue of formation of the local history competence of schoolchildren is under consideration. Research activity is defined as a tool in forming this competence. The purpose of the study is to show the educational potential of research activity in the context of the formation of the local history competence of students of the secondary school. The significance of the work is explained by the fact that the process of forming local history competence is based on the research activities of students. The work is carried out on the basis of general provisions of logic, theory of cognition, psychology and pedagogy using methods of theoretical analysis, questionnaire, testing, analysis and generalization of practical experience, pedagogical experiment. The theoretical analysis of works of leading researchers on the problem of formation of the local history competence allowed to consider formation of this schoolchildren competence in the integrated connection with the research activity. Examples of formation of the local history competence in students are given. The empirical data obtained from a pedagogical experiment aimed at identifying the educational potential of the research activity in the context of the formation of the local history competence are analysed. The local history competence is considered as a polycompetence. Accordingly to this the result of the formation of the local history competence is presented as the sum of combinations of mastery of the allocated competences. The results obtained during the pedagogical experiment reveal a positive trend in the formation of the local history competence of schoolchildren. Thus the number of subjects with a high level of the local history competence in the course of research works increased from 10 to 34 per cent. The positive results of the use of distance educational technologies were revealed: an increase in the level of training of a future teacher in the field of information technology, an intensification of the work of students in connection with a change in the forms of control, the development of new forms and methods of work with historical sources and literature by new students. It is shown that distance learning can be carried out without reducing the quality of subject training. At the same time, distance educational technologies have significant drawbacks that relate to the problems of communication between the teacher and the audience. At this stage, they do not allow the future teacher to fully develop the skills of public speaking, working with a large audience. 790 | An attempt is made to study the phenomenon of integral individuality of a person through the prism of criminal behavior that led to the commission of a serious criminal act. The article considers the problem of the need to understand the complex inner world of the criminal, which allows to reveal the specific deep mechanisms that cause the criminalization of the individual. Topical issues related to the identification of the features of the structure of the integral personality of men convicted of serious crimes against the person and serving criminal sentences in places of deprivation of liberty are formulated. It is stated that the consideration and study of the phenomenon of integral individuality will allow us to find the optimal research path that will allow us to reveal the peculiar, individual characteristics of the criminal’s personality. The study revealed significant differences between convicted and law-abiding citizens in the multi-level properties of integral individuality, concerning the emotional and communicative spheres of the individual, as well as life goals. Taking into account the revealed differences, a group of significant factors characterizing internal psychological aspects that contributed to the commission of a serious crime against a person is determined. The relevance of the study of the problem of the integral individuality of convicts is confirmed, which allows us to outline new guidelines for the implementation of psychological work in places of deprivation of liberty. Further steps are proposed that contribute to the solution of research problems in the theoretical and practical planes in the field of penitentiary problems. 791 | Historical experience is the basis for carrying out modern educational reforms; therefore, problems of the history of education occupy a significant place in modern historical and historical-pedagogical research. In the historiography of the development of pedagogical education in Russia, two independent research traditions have been preserved for many years, the first of which was directed to the pre-revolutionary history of education, the second to the history of the Soviet school. As for the history of education during the revolution and the Civil War, there were practically no deep scientific works, especially in the regional context, until the end of the 20th century. In the first decades of Soviet power, in historiography, the attitude towards the problems of the development of education was directly related to ideological attitudes that presupposed a critical or exclusively negative attitude towards the pre-revolutionary legacy. Gradually, the erroneous opinion was confirmed that domestic pedagogical education began with the organization in the USSR of educational institutions of a new type – pedagogical institutes. In the 1950s – 1960s the history of pedagogical education was often considered as a separate area of scientific research, however, researchers focused on the achievements and innovations in the organization of Soviet education, completely disregarding objective data on the numerous borrowings of the People’s Commissariat of Education of policies, methods and techniques for managing the education system that developed in the pre-revolutionary period. When from the late 1960s researchers got the opportunity to access many, previously closed archives, the study of the history of teacher education has found a “second wind”. But only since the 1990s the dogmatic attitude to historical material from 1917 to the early 1930s is gradually disappearing, which was facilitated by a change in public attitudes, freedom of speech, and the availability of extensive historical materials to researchers. In the post- Soviet period, the question of the continuity of the pre-Soviet and Soviet history, including the history of education, acquired particular relevance. In recent decades, a significant number of publications have appeared in which the problems of teacher training in the region in the first decades of Soviet power are directly or as related. At the same time, in many modern publications there are inaccuracies in wording, erroneous facts that wander from work to work. Sometimes authors use a limited selection of sources, interpret the data too freely, which undoubtedly reduces the quality of scientific research. Analysis of scientific literature showed that scientific research, in a complex revealing the development processes in 1917 – early 1930s the strategy of modernizing the Soviet system of pedagogical education and its implementation in the regions is still insufficient. 792 | The article is devoted to the study of specificity of a resilience and psychological defense mechanisms in young people with different levels of Internet addiction. It presents modern views on the content of such concepts as “resilience”, “psychological defense mechanisms”, “Internet addiction”. Also, it includes the results of pilot study, which was conducted on a sample of 51 NSTU students, aged 19 to 21 years. The Chen Internet Addiction Scale (CIAS), the test “Adult Resilience” by A. V. Makhnach, a questionnaire of the structure of psychological defenses M. Bond were used in the study. It was found that psychological defenses in general are more pronounced in the group with Internet-addictive behavior, and resilience is more expressed in the group with minimal risk of Internet-addictive behavior. Internet-addictive behavior, maladaptive psychological defenses such as passive aggression, behavioral response, hypochondria, fantasy, and adaptive defense – prediction are more often used. The results let authors conclude that resilient youth is characterized, on the one hand, by the use of defenses that worsen their interaction with other people, polar thinking both in relation to themselves and in relation to other people, on the other hand, and by the striving for people and the use of humor and creativity in difficult situations. 793 | Smartphone addiction has become common, especially among young people. Previous studies have established a high prevalence of this addiction and the fact that the victims of this addiction experience suffering: from poor sleep quality (and even insomnia), depression, anxiety, stress, experience negative emotions, and are also characterized by a significant decrease in physical activity. The prevalence of smartphone addiction and its negative consequences dictate the need for a comprehensive study. The article examines the manifestations of the phenomenon of smartphone addiction in medical college students. It is shown that the psychological mechanism of the emergence of addictions is described by a general model of psychological impact. It was found that that smartphone addiction is positively associated with loneliness, aggressiveness, bad mood, with the female gender, and negatively – with communicative competence, persistence, self-control, self-regulation, as well as with age. The connections identified in the article with loneliness, aggressiveness, self-regulation, and communicative competence generally correspond to the nature of the correlations established in foreign studies. New for both domestic and foreign studies are the negative links of dependence on smartphones with persistence and self-control revealed in the article. Based on the results of this study, recommendations were developed (based on the obtained empirical data) for college students to minimize the negative impact of smartphones on their mental and physical health. It is recommended in the process of educational work with students to explain the negative consequences of dependence on smartphones and the value of direct, live communication with their environment. 799 | In 2020, educational organizations switched to a forced remote format and the learning process changed. The author described the changes in approaches to the organization of events for the presentation of the results of children’s research work. In this article, the researcher showed different options for organizing contests and conferences for children remotely. A description of the experience of the children’s research competition at the Tomsk State Pedagogical University is presented, where the participants sent video recordings of their reports. The experience of holding a children’s conference in the gymnasium No. 29 in Tomsk is described. When analyzing the author took into account: how many participants, the ability to remotely attend participants from other places, the possibility of discussing reports, the possibility of using visual material, demonstrations. Conducting contests in the format of videoconferences and video recordings of children’s public speeches is a new effective format for presenting the results of children’s research. This form can help motivate children, increase their research interest and cognitive activity. This is important in an environment where live communication is impossible. 800 | The problem of the individual’s adaptability to the changed life conditions as a result of the life-changing events is considered in the article. The measures of adaptability are the following: “behavioral regulation”, “communicative skills”, “moral normativity”. The indicators of adaptability are “resistance to stress”, “depression”, “anxiety”, “copings”. As a way to activate adaptability the programme of psychological correction is actualized. Two groups of respondents took part in the study. Representatives of one group participated in a long-term psychological correction programme. Representatives of another group preferred to cope with the consequences of life-changing events without professional psychological help. Psychodiagnostic procedures was put into practice in both groups in two stages. At the first stage each group was diagnosed on adaptability and indicators of adaptability. The second stage of psychodiagnostic measurements was in each group after the respondents of psychocorrection programme completed their work. The dynamics of adaptability was recorded by comparing the results of the first and second stage measurements in each group. It is established that as a result of psychocorrection new adaptive models of person’s functioning who faced a life-changing event are formed. The level of anxiety and severity of depressive states decreases, the personal adaptive potential and resistence to stress increases, constructive ways of coping behaviour are activated. The psychological phenomenon of the multipolar connection between men’s and women’s adaptability experiencing the consequences of life-changing events with their neuropsychiatric stability, depressive tendencies and anxiety is found. In the process of psychocorrection work, an attitude is formed to actively overcome critical events and cope with their negative consequences, proactive coping strategies are activated, aimed at active goal-setting, attracting social resources to receive support and resolve existing problematic life situations.
