251 | The article considers the actual problem of modernization of the process of pedagogical cadres training. The author develops the conception of the process of pedagogical cadres training in the context of integration of the system of higher pedagogical education with the general and additional education systems. The article regards the key categories of the conception developed: its principle, method and the approach to the conception implementation in practice. Within the conception mentoring is defined as the active pedagogical support of pedagogical universities students in solving their quasi-professional and professional problems. The article presents the mentoring scheme which was designed within the developed pedagogical conception and which is being implemented now in the work of the center of additional education at the Pedagogical university. The article provides the conclusions which are drawn on the results of the use of various forms of mentorship in three educational processes carried out at the center, namely, the process of the interaction of students with children, with leading specialists in the educational sector and with their colleagues (teachers and partners in educational events). The integrated educational environment developed through the implementation of the conception of pedagogical support (mentoring) of the students in solving diverse problems which may occur in process of their professional activity allows to provide the students’ reflexive acquaintance with the variety of forms and methods of the development of children in practice. 252 | The problem of psychosomatic diseases is discussed. Skin diseases are considered as a General psychological model of differentiation and integration of knowledge about the self. The paper investigates the conjugate relationship between psychosomatic skin diseases (psoriasis and atopic dermatitis) and the representation of the self. The literature data in favor of the statement that the early relationship of mother and baby are critical for subsequent mental development. The concept of “primary skin” (E. Bick), which performs the function of binding (“sticking together”) parts of the child’s personality, is considered. It is suggested that the experience passed through by the infant in the early symbiotic relationship with the mother is a prototype for subsequent models of human interaction with the world. If a child is confronted with an early traumatic experience of maternal “misunderstanding,” then he is unable to integrate “what is inside and what is happening outside.” The concepts of “second skin” and secondary symbiosis as protective mechanisms arising in the case of traumatic separation experience are considered. The forms of secondary symbiosis are correlated with two types of the mother’s gaze– the unseeing and the distorting. It is assumed that the two types of gazes and forms of secondary symbiosis correlate with atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. It is hypothesized that defects in the “atopic dermatitis” group are associated with prolonged symbiosis (that is, with the mother’s unseeing gaze), and in “psoriasis” group – with defective or prematurely torn symbiosis (i. e. distorting mother’s gaze). The study was carried out using the Lybko technique (self-representation by means of constructs Myself/I for the Other) and the “Cream” technique (representation of the skin surface by means of different constructs of the cream). The study involved 72 women aged 20–40 years, IU = 37 (30 – healthy (NORMAL), 17 suffering from psoriasis (PS) and 25 – atopic dermatitis (AD)). The method of nonparametric analysis (Kruskal – Wallis criterion) proves that the representation of the true Self manifests itself as a tendency to merge/encapsulate in different groups of subjects. Skin diseases (AD and PS) reflect different ways to overcome secondary symbiosis. When representing the Self, the AD group shows a tendency to fusion, and the PS group shows a tendency to encapsulation. Keywords: self, psychic skin, second skin, primary/secondary symbiosis, atopic dermatitis/psoriasis, tendency to fusion/encapsulation | 998 | |||||
253 | The article poses the problem of searching for successive links in the formation of universal educational activities in the transition from primary to basic school. This problem is actualized by the introduction of Federal Educational Standard and by the search for practicing teachers of the effective methods to form and diagnose universal educational activities at different age levels. 262 | The results of the research on the professional and personal self-determination of teenagers in pedagogical classes in pre-revolutionary and modern Tomsk are presented in the article. It is determined that the subject of self-determination has not been fully examined in scientific and methodical literature: the interest in professional determination prevails over the personal one. The elimination of this gap in studying the historical experience allowed us to establish specific character of correlation of the personal and professional self-determination in students training, to show the defining educational effects for children staying in pedagogical classes and to track the influence of training on their adulthood. It appeared, that the process of professional self-determination in teaching classes accompanied improvement of effectiveness of “self-determination” process which is typical of adolescence. It is important that the indispensable success of personal self-determination in pedagogical classes was not the main reason for selecting the teacher’s career. This rejection of the teaching profession, which student do not find appealing, should not be considered as a less useful result than the entering the pedagogical university by the applicant. Finally, according to the analysis of the interviews of teachers and graduates of pedagogical classes in Tomsk it turned possible to show the leading educational effects of students’ staying in these educational structures and to trace the impact of the pre-service teacher training in their adulthood. There is a need for preparation for organizational and coordination, consulting activities, advocacy in conditions of social selforganization. The emerging trend of the formation of the described content of education replicates the world experience. Social work in a broad sense in the countries of Asia and Eastern Europe is also based on competencies related to working in the territorial community, the activation of available public resources. An actual format of educational interaction is determined – non-formal education. This fact is explained by the maximum orientation of this model of training on the participants’ requests, the variability in determining the place and time of the meeting. Today conferences, seminars, internships, virtual mentoring are relevant. Currently, the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States have a corps of nonformal education coaches whose competencies are formed in the humanitarian projects of the European Union in the direction of the Eastern Partnership. The results of the analysis of thematic proposals in the educational market are presented. 265 | The choice of education program, matching of education to the interests of the senior pupils creates the foundation for a successful professional identity in the future. However, indepth study of the profile of specific disciplines in practice leads to disharmonious development of interpersonal relationships between senior pupils. In the study of interpersonal relations of senior pupils took part 59 pupils of 9th grades (15–16 years old) in sociohumanitarian, natural science, physics and mathematics profiles of education. Compiled socio-psychological reliefs classes, sociogram, the analysis of significant differences in Student’s t-test revealed significant differences in the nature of the relationship between senior pupils with different learning profiles. “Humanitarians” show the highest level of team development and desire to communicate with each other, senior pupils of natural science profile show the average level of relations development – formal relations, senior “mathematics” pupils do not seek personal communication, and prefer only business contacts. A similar structure of interpersonal relations have natural science and socio-humanitarian groups, both have the structure of the team, while physical-mathematical profile forms large individuality in interpersonal pupils’ contacts. The results indicate that we observe a trend to limiting of self-conception, interests, values correlating only with the scope of professional activity, which is a factor of disharmonization of interpersonal relations, and professional identification performs an inhibitory function towards other abilities and interests. The effective implementation of objectives of the learning profiles is necessary to carry out the work aimed at mitigating negative effects and enhancing positive ones. You need to define the priorities of harmonious relations in classes of different profiles of learning: a resource for socio-humanitarian class can be considered conditions for the development of effective communication included in activities with clear targets, which will decrease the risk of false identification of the profession as «communication»; for the class of natural sciences it is necessary to expand the content of the communication, which will reduce the effect of formal relations; for the class of physics and mathematics it is necessary to create situations where interaction is not related to necessary activities, and to show them the joy of meetings and the value of communication with others, developing personal resources and potential. 270 | The article under discussion reveals the method of learning process organization when mastering regulatory universal educational actions by primary school pupils. The presented model of mental action formation given in the article is based on the activity approach of the scientific school by P. Ya. Galperin, V. V. Davydov, V. S. Lazarev. The general approach to the learning process organization is defined. The author dwells upon the program of universal learning activities formation, meta-subject content projecting, lesson planning. The key note of the technology is students’ goal-taking through developing the standard for the result and the mode of performing the action; therefore, special conditions are required for conducting student reflexion on the results of the task performed. The students’ involvement in the quasiinvestigative activity, problematicity and reflexivity of the learning process establish conditions for students’ subject-field ground formation. They are the introduction into the instructional situation, accepting the objectives, learning the cultural norms of performing the action under study, planning the constructing to ensure the best results, performing the activity, reflexion of the results and technique adjustment when revealing some declension. Students learn meta-subject content in teamwork. 271 | The necessity of further professional development of the specialist is justified, taking into account the fact that the amount of knowledge, skills, competencies obtained within the educational organizations meet modern requirements only for a limited time. Further professional development is possible in the system of additional vocational education. Since the main goal of additional professional education of specialists is to improve and (or) obtain a new competence, the choice of teaching methods should be determined by the planned result. In the work it is proposed to use the level of activity of the student’s educational and cognitive activity as one of the tools for increasing the effectiveness of teaching. It is noted that the peculiarity of training in the system of additional vocational education is the need to acquire not only the necessary knowledge (to understand, remember and reproduce), but also to form the required skills and skills, that is, to develop or acquire the ability to apply knowledge in practical activities. Therefore, the cognitive activity of listeners should not be limited to the processes of listening, perception and fixation of educational material. Taking into account the peculiarities and specifics of the trained contingent of the students of the courses of additional professional education, the main principles of activating cognitive activity of students are analyzed: problematical character, maximum correspondence to functional and practical tasks, mutual learning, self-education, individualization, self-study, motivation and creative character of cognitive activity. On the basis of the above analysis, recommendations and proposals for the implementation of the principles for activating cognitive activity within the framework of additional vocational education are developed. 272 | The article analyzes the features of the regions of Western Siberia, similar in terms of socio-economic development, mental attitudes and population composition, creating opportunities for the formation of a regional education system. It is noted that the regionalization of education is a traditional part of Russian state policy in the pre-Soviet, Soviet period and in our time. It is revealed that the characteristics of such neighboring regions of Western Siberia as the Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo regions and the Altai Territory provide similar conditions for the development of educational systems. Their socio-cultural space includes unifying regional factors. The generality of the characteristics of educational systems, mentioned above, allows us to speak about their similarity and unity of socio-cultural tasks. First of all, this is due, in our opinion, not only to natural and climatic factors, but also to the unity of social and cultural-historical processes that form the commonality of the territories of the subjects of the federation. The development of a multicultural educational space in Western Siberia is the most dynamic in the sphere of educational services. The multicultural educational environment, studied by us of the Siberian regions, provides comfortable conditions of educational interaction, including in the sphere of rendering educational services. The restoration of public confidence in regional education, its role in the socio-economic development of most regions of Western Siberia was noted. In the regions of Western Siberia, there is a certain unity of the socio-cultural space, the commonality of the socio-economic space and the similarity of the educational space reflected in the education system and the features of its development.
