1 | MODERN METHODS OF EDUCATIONAL ROBOTICS ANALYSIS // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 6 (28). P. 79-83 This article is devoted to the development of students’ interest in the technical profile of education and the identification of engineering thinking, implementation of educational robotics in the framework of the Federal State Educational Standard of the new generation. The possibilities of integrating subjects within the framework of the educational robotics course are presented. The main directions of educational robotics, as well as the possibilities of educational robotics and its impact on other subjects such as technology, science, mathematics and physics are considered. The author’s teaching methods based on LEGO educational constructors are studied. The most popular learning methods at the moment are the method of Filippov Sergei, the method of Polyakov Konstantin Yurevich and increasingly popular method is the League of Robots, Author Paul Basker. On the basis of age psychological features, and also Federal State Educational Standard of new generation, criteria for the analysis of the chosen techniques have been compiled, the analysis of techniques is carried out. The result is presented in the table. An example of testing a training robotics course at the Children’s Center for Educational Robotics of Tomsk State Pedagogical University, as a result of which a practical orientation and a meta-subject teaching technique for educational robotics have been proved. 2 | UNIVERSITY MODEL 4.0 // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 2 (30). P. 172-178 Today, the educational system is undergoing significant changes. If a definite order finally takes place in preschool and general education, then higher education changes continuously. On the one hand, there is a very painful transition to new educational standards. In any higher education institution today you can hear the concepts of “third generation federal state education”, “federal state plus”, “federal state three plus plus” and these words are often pronounced with a negative connotation: there are difficulties with the transition process itself, the organization does not have time to comprehend and switch to one standard, and next year a new one is adopted. On the other hand, qualitative changes are taking place in the organization of the educational process from the inside – the time has come to transform universities. In part, this is due to the influence of technology development, informatization and the demands of the digital economy. In this paper, an attempt is made to summarize what has been done in the field of university transformation based on an analysis of the history of the transition from the formation of a higher educational university of the first version to version 4.0 or the university of the future, which is actively mentioned among universities of the 5-100 program, about the model that all universities of the world should come to in the future. These results were obtained as a result of a strategic session on the formation of the Greater University, held in Tomsk from December 2 to 6, 2019. 3 | The national technological development strategy adopted in our country has influenced all levels of education [1]. The focus on training personnel for the digital economy has led to the opening of new specialties in universities, which has affected the work of key structural divisions of these organizations. The organization of the educational process has changed, and the projects «digital educational environment» and «digital university» have been launched. Such changes have had an impact on the defining structure of any university - the work of the enrollment board. Most universities on a par with traditional methods actively use alternative methods, among which special attention is paid to the Internet. Social networks, forums, contextual advertising, email newsletters, and other means of communication are used to create a flow of visitors to educational organizations’ websites. Growing competition every year affects the appearance and shape of the entry point of a potential listener or entrant if earlier users got to the main section of the organization’s website, today they are special landing pages created according to all the rules of design and marketing. A separate role in organizing the recruitment of listeners via the Internet is played by the «relationship management system» – a database of applications and the ability to track the status of their processing by call center employees. This paper presents the experience of Tomsk universities in automating the work of the admissions Committee, shows the result of using landing pages for recruiting students for educational programs, as well as students for additional education programs. 4 | In this article, the authors consider a psychological and pedagogical problem – the possibility of electronic control-monitoring of the dynamics of the development of cognitive abilities of students. At the same time, the cognitive abilities of a person from a psychological point of view are understood as an integral system construction. The cognitive sphere of an individual, according to the authors of this article, is not limited to intelligence, but it is its fundamental component, as well as cognitive abilities, having their own specific functions, form a single system with individual psychological characteristics. This is the methodological position of the authors of the article. Special attention is drawn to the conceptual construct of the text presented. It is emphasized that an interdisciplinary approach to research can provoke terminological inaccuracy. In this regard, the authors pay close attention to the categorical apparatus, the correct interpretation of terms that provide the semantic basis for interdisciplinary research. The article substantiates the need to develop a comprehensive computer program. It is noted that a complex software can provide electronic monitoring and correction of the values of integral psychological indicators of the formation of cognitive functional connections in the psychological structure of the cognitive sphere of students’ personality in real-time mode. 5 | The article deals with the construction of the optimal learning path and the implementation of webapplication to form a graph of the path. The notions of “optimal path” and “individual educational path” are analyzed. The article notes the possibility of using an electronic portfolio to obtain data, the formation of an electronic portfolio of a student, its integration with an electronic information and educational environment, saving the student’s work, reviews and assessments, fixing the progress of the educational process, the results of intermediate certification and the results of mastering the main educational program, conducting all types of classes , procedures for assessing learning outcomes, the implementation of which is provided for with the use of e-learning, distance learning technologies, which takes place with the support of an electronic information and educational environment. An example of different paths of students of one group of Tomsk State Pedagogical University is given. In turn, the possibility of monitoring the further employment of a graduate or student is noted, which makes it possible to determine the optimal path of learning, which shows the further prospects for the growth of the student. As a result of the work carried out, a web application was developed for plotting the optimal learning path. 6 | Successfully overcoming the challenges dictated by time, being adaptive, flexible and effective in all spheres of life is possible through self-development skills or “self-skills”. Technological solutions of personal growth journals, in which self-improvement is achieved through goal-setting, planning and reflection, can be an effective tool for the personal development of students at the university. Tomsk State Pedagogical University (TSPU) uses the magazine «I-as-a-Project» to support the personal development of students. It is an effective tool that helps students realize themselves as projects, plan their development and improvement. The journal allows students to define their goals and develop plans to achieve them, serves as a basis for their personal growth and success, enables participants in the educational process to track activity, analyze quantitative and qualitative changes in the work done, as well as evaluate the ratings of group members. As part of the educational process, the logbook can be used to track students’ progress, assess their learning outcomes and identify areas that require additional attention. This allows students to analyze their progress, identify problems and look for ways to solve them. In research activities, the journal can serve as a tool for recording, analyzing and evaluating research results, formulating ideas and planning future work. It is also useful for self-reflection, self-monitoring and identifying areas for further development. Within the framework of scientific research, the journal can be used as a tool for determining the level of personal development of students on the basis of statistical processing of quantitative data. The use of the journal «I-as-a-Project» contributes to the formation of active subjective position of the student in the educational and professional context, which is an important factor of successful personal development and professional growth.
