1 | The article discusses the process of implementation of new Federal state educational standards in primary school. Analyses the peculiarities of the creation of the program of formation of universal educational activities in the framework of the concept of pedagogy of joint activities. Under this analysis a special emphasis is maid on the specificity of the concept interpretation of the formation of subjectivity in educational activities, development of processes of meaning-making, design, communication and their influence on the development of the program of formation of universal educational activities. The author comes to the conclusion that in the framework of joint activities of the proposed new standards typology of universal educational actions (UEA) can be accepted with certain reservations. If the concept substantiates the position that the development of subjectivity of the individual student directly depends on the development of collective subjectivity, then it is reasonable for the ability of design and communication, as well as the capacity for meaningmaking, to be classified as personal UEA. 2 | The author of the article considers the possibilities of improvement of relevant to current school of education – learning portfolio. Within the concept of pedagogics of joint activity proves the necessity of creating a special type of portfolio – joint portfolio of teacher and students. To demonstrate the specificity of the new learning tool, the author makes a distinction between the concepts of «individual», «group», «joint» portfolio. Joint portfolio is shown in the article by the products of organizational activity of the teacher, uniting the products of educational activity of students. The article draws attention to the continuity of the joint development portfolio for elementary, middle and high School of joint activities (school № 49, Tomsk). The author presents the main segments of the joint portfolio of teacher and students, its structure through which reveals its historical and educational opportunities. These features are manifested most effectively in the analysis of models of collaboration, identify the specific contribution of each of its members to the overall achievements. 3 | The introduction of new educational standards in Russian schools is actualized by the task of combining the general requirements for training and characteristics of the activities of individual educational institutions. The team of the school № 49, Tomsk (School of joint activity) are actively working to resolve this task within the specified standards of the course for formation of universal educational action. Specificity of learning in the School of joint activity is expressed in the mastering by the students a system of action for the joint design of their education. The article presents the structure and dynamics of actions in educational design throughout the entire period of students’ education from primary to secondary school. The process of learning actions by the educational design presented in the form of complex maps, which reveal the logic for formation of the action and the relationship between them. In the logic-based action learning in educational design the main line of the school is laid for organizing the processes of meaning formation. The generation and realization of the values of the participants in education is reflected in the cards and presents evolution from simple, primary representations of the participants in learning about the subject studied to their transformation in the meanings, goals, values and norms of education. 4 | The article considers the possibility of formation and implementation of the educational order of the teacher and pupil in modern school. The relevance of this topic is determined by the fact that the ability of the participant to formulate his order indicates his ability to take the position of an active subject of education. Such a subject, through its order, begins to manage the process of its education. In modern research, the process of formation of the educational order of the teacher and pupil is considered separately. This article shows the specifics of the work on the educational order in the practice of the School of joint activity, in which the order of the teacher and the pupil is formed in close cooperation and occurs simultaneously. The article presents the experience of the school in developing the technology of development and implementation of the educational order, shows the main stages of this work. The first stage is devoted to the identification of goals, forms of training and evaluation, ordered by the participants of the joint activity. At the second stage the teacher organizes a discussion of the survey results. The third stage is the planning of joint activities for the implementation of the order. The fourth stage of the work is aimed at the implementation of the joint educational order. At the fifth stage the results of the order are analyzed and joint educational activities are reflected. The article highlights the role of the joint portfolio in the implementation of the educational order of the teacher and pupil. The joint portfolio allows to present in a visual form the contribution of each participant of education to the planning and implementation of the educational order.
