1 | This article analyzes the scientific contribution of famous domestic scientist, teacher and organizer of psychological science, the first Rector of the Irkutsk State University Moses Matveyevich Rubinstein (1878–1953). Organizational, economic and academic activities M. M. Rubinstein at the post of Rector and head of the Department of philosophy and psychology of the Irkutsk State University was held in extremely difficult conditions of the Civil war. Giving a lot of time and effort, organization of educational process at the University, M. M. Rubinstein never left his studies science, psychology and pedagogy. It is shown that a century later incorporated M. M. Rubinstein academic tradition worthy of continuing faculty profile departments and faculties of psychology Siberian universities. Today in the region has developed organizational macrostructure psychological centers, academic units, services and organizations, allowing a successful educational, practical and research work in the field of psychological science. 2 | The article presents an analysis of the scientific contribution of employees and teachers of psychology of Buryat State Pedagogical Institute (now – Buryat State University) in formation and current state of the higher psychological education in Eastern Siberia. Chronologically presented the contents of the main stages of history of development of sociopsychological faculty of Buryat State University from the moment of organization of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology in 1932 to the present. Destinies and biographies of the first teachers of psychology, who made the most noticeable contribution to the organization of teaching psychological disciplines in higher education institution are traced. Notes the role of famous Russian scientists from the central universities and the leading psychological agencies of the country (research supervisors of graduate students, scientific consultants of doktorants), with support and assistance of which in the second half of the XX century training of highly qualified specialists for the leading higher education institution of Buryatia was carried out. It is shown that more than half a century later, the educational and scientific traditions of training in psychological disciplines put by the first teachers, are adequately continued by the new generations of university teachers–graduates of sociopsychological faculty of Buryat State University in the organization of educational process on the relevant departments and faculties of psychology of the Siberian and Russian higher education institutions. 3 | The article considers the questions of the psychological safety of the educational environment: the reference value of the environment (the attitude of students to the educational environment of the higher educational institution), satisfaction in personalconfidential communication, the satisfaction with the characteristics of the educational environment of higher school, protection from psychological violence (humiliation, insults, threats, coercion to do anything against the wishes, ignoring, hostile attitude). Presents the results of empirical research of psychological safety of the person in the educational environment of a higher educational institution. States the existence of psychologically comfortable and safe conditions for the formation of readiness for future professional activity and realization of life plan. Research in this field involves identifying of psychological safety of environment for the personality development of students, which is a condition of formation of their readiness for implementation in the future professional activity, and overall life plan. 4 | In the article, we outline the phenomenological fundamentals and important milestones in the history of the study of the unconscious. As for discussion about the nature of the unconscious, we show that there is a range of mutually exclusive versions and hypotheses about genetic link between unconscious factor and conscious mental processes. Further, we present various points of view expressed by international and Russian authors. The points of view reflect scientific approaches to the issue of relationship between conscious and unconscious mental activity in literary creation. We note that the role of the unconscious in the psychology of art and literary creativity has consistently attracted scholars engaged in a wide range of science areas, including psychologists and specialists in literary science. In addition, we examine the nature of creative intuition as an expression of unconscious creativity. We suggest that intuition unconditionally dominates the entire spiritual human life and guides all kinds of human creative activity. We show that the psychology of literary creation aims to trace the influence of unconscious on the creative work of a creative personality. The psychology of literary creation seeks to describe and classify the various manifestations of the unconscious in creative activity. Literary creativity is regarded as a special form of the generalized reflection of reality, talking in a specific language. Finally, we note that the disclosure of the peculiarity of the literary language and the individual style of the writer is not feasible without reference to the issue of the unconscious, without taking into account regularities and mechanisms of its operation. 5 | In the article we present structural and substantive analysis of the basic stages of implementation and approbation of the Professional Standard «Teacher-Psychologist (Psychologist in the sphere of education)» in educational institutions of the Russian Federation in the period from 2012 to 2019. Particularly, we highlight the requirements of the new professional standard «Teacher-psychologist (psychologist in the sphere of education)» for psychologist working in educational institutions. We show that the professional standard requirements to candidates for positions related to psychological and pedagogical activity are quite serious. We also note that effective realization of the general labour functions and labour functions, presented in the professional standard, is possible when definite universal general and specific professional competencies related to necessary skills and knowledge are completely formed. Requirements to education and training, experience of work and special conditions of admission of psychologists of educational institutions for job, a list of categories of persons who can not hold the position of teacher-psychologist are presented. Professional knowledge, a set of action and skills performed by psychologists are described. Standardization of professional activity of psychologists working at educational institutions will make possible more precise determination of the scope and directions of university training, retraining or professional development of pedagogical personnel. 6 | Burnout has a devastating impact on the individual, his or her professional responsibilities and the work of the entire organization. The complexity and ambiguity of this phenomenon is reflected in the diversity of researchers’ positions on the nature, structure, mechanisms of occurrence and much more. This complicates the development of a holistic theoretical Foundation for empirical research. One of the most pressing issues in the development of a single conceptual apparatus is the definition of “burnout”. The main objective of our article was to analyze the existing positions in foreign and domestic literature on the definition of “burnout”. The aim was to generalize the experience of Western and domestic authors to identify invariant features in the definition of the concept. The analysis identified the following essential features of the definition of “burnout”: complexity and multidimensionality; procedural; the presence of meaningful psychological characteristics that have a negative orientation; protective functionality; impact on all substructures of the human personality; formation under the influence of personal and situational factors; lack of psychopathological basis. The results allow us to summarize the experience of foreign and domestic researchers, which represents some progress in the understanding of the nature and structure of burnout. And can also be used to build theoretical models of burnout and further development of the conceptual apparatus. 7 | It is shown that the results of science research in the area of personalization made psychologists pay attention to the study of literary abilities of a gifted person, especially the psychological foundations and writers’ artistic creativity process. We started with the fact that nowadays researchers are searching for the integrative psychological indicator which allows to characterize a literary gifted personality. Further we describe the contribution of scholars to the development of diagnostic tools for studying psychological manifestations of literary abilities and specifics of literary and art creativity. Throughout the last century Russian and international scientists engaged in psychology have been carrying out fundamental research, including longitudinal studies on the problems of psychology of creativity, general and specific abilities. Finally, we show that one of the central problems of empirical studies in the field of psychological knowledge is the development of methods and tools for diagnosing psychological features of a creatively gifted personality. Russian psychologists developed testing techniques for diagnostics of features of creative thinking. However, researchers experience considerable difficulties in finding of external criterion. The uniform generalized validity measure for creativity has not been established yet. Special difficulties are caused by the design of psychological tests which can be used to study the nature of special abilities, literary and artistic talent. At the moment, the specialized tests for studying literary talent are not developed, therefore the problem of creating them is objectively relevant. 8 | The article presents the results of an empirical study of educational overload among the students of the main stage of secondary school. The theoretical and methodological substantiation of the research is given and its objective relevance for the modern system of General education is shown. The empirical phase of the study was conducted over several years (2012–2018). Were involved in 527 adolescent school students during their training in the sixth-eighth grades of the General school. Psychological diagnostic data were subjected to mathematical and statistical processing, classified, generalized and interpreted. The results revealed the relationship between subjective perception and objective educational overload and allowed us to come to the conclusion about the impact of educational overload on the psychological well-being of students of the main stage of the General school. The conclusion that the prevention of educational overloads should be guided on either normative regulation of separate types of educational activity or a subjective state of students is made. The generalized conclusion is that the reason of the educational overload is not the expense of the main educational load of students but visiting additional types of educational activities. The data obtained allow us to say that preventing the occurrence of educational overload leads to necessity to optimize the possibility of assimilation and study of the material during the performance of the basic types of educational activities. Recommendations of possible directions of preventive work with students are given. The implementation of preventive programs should be carried out both in educational and extracurricular activities with all subjects of the educational process – teachers, educators, as well as with the parents of students. It is shown that the task of the teacher-psychologist is to identify the factors that may further cause the occurrence of certain difficulties or deviations in the development of children, and their elimination through preventive work. 9 | The article presents a theoretical and historical overview of the studies of general and special abilities carried out in the domestic scientific psychology. The difficulties associated with the definition of the concepts of “ability” and “giftedness” are analyzed. The understanding of the nature of creativity and creativity is indicated. The psychological essence and specificity of literary activity as a scientific phenomenon are considered. The characteristic of literary and artistic abilities as an internal psychological regulator of personality is given. It is shown that the ability to literary creativity refers to the artistic type of giftedness, which has both common qualities inherent in other types of giftedness, and peculiar, distinguishing it from other types of abilities. It is concluded that most of the complexities and contradictions in the study of the phenomenology of abilities are mainly associated with the comprehension of what ontologically represents this mental phenomenon. It is shown that the psychology of literary and artistic creativity and related areas of scientific knowledge are very complex and multifaceted. It is said that the creation of conditions that ensure the identification and creative development of literary gifted persons, the realization of their potential is among the priorities of modern society. Of great importance for the development of literary abilities is the social, including educational environment. 10 | The article presents an analytical review of the content of cultural and historical epochs associated with the development of scientific research on the psychology of artistic creativity. A retrospective of the origin and development of the prerequisites of the psychology of literary and artistic creativity as a new direction of scientific psychology is shown. The historical and cultural phenomena of psychological understanding of the manifestations of special abilities and artistic giftedness are discussed. Attempts are made to substantiate problematic issues of psychology of special (literary) abilities and literary and artistic giftedness in various cultural and historical epochs. The scientific contribution of representatives of the Russian psychological science in the formation and development of the psychology of literary specialties and literary and artistic giftedness, the study of the history of literary and artistic creativity is shown. It is shown that during the cultural and historical epochs in the field of psychology of literary abilities and literary giftedness, scientists have done a lot of work, but still have not received the expected and significant results. It is stated that the scientific development of the psychological foundations of literary and artistic creativity requires further thoughtful continuation. Attention is focused on the fact that in recent decades, the issues of psychology of literary and artistic creativity have again shifted to the center of scientific attention of literary critics and psychologists interested in the nature of artistic creativity. 11 | In the conditions of digitalization of the modern education system, the psychological development and transformation of the student’s personality takes place. Problematic issues of digitalization of education are among the most actively discussed in the modern psychological and pedagogical community. The study of specific psychological characteristics of the personality of representatives of the digital generation (modern schoolchildren) is very relevant, since psychological scientists today are actively discussing how to build effective strategies for interpersonal communication and behavioral interaction with the digital generation. Global digital improvisation brings many new opportunities to the educational process, but its consequences also pose serious social and psychological problems. Digitalization of education, the use of the latest digital educational technologies, the student’s stay in a virtual environment have a significant impact on the psychological development of the child, lead to transformations of his behavior, the formation of a specific digital personality. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the ideas of teaching staff about the personal and behavioral characteristics of modern students. The results of the prototypical analysis of empirical data obtained during a remote survey of practicing teachers allow us to conclude that the modern student, as well as his personal properties and individual psychological characteristics, are statistically reliably associated with the attributes of digitalization and digital space. It is shown that modern students have the properties and qualities inherent in representatives of the digital generation.
