CURATORIAL ACTIVITY AS A MEANS OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF TEACHER TRAINING UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
The article reflects the author’s vision of the developing potential of supervisory responsibility towards the professionalization of teacher training university students. Supervisory responsibility is regarded not only as a means of organization of the educational work at the university in relation to the first-year students, but also as a means of development of professional competence of the curators themselves. The experience gained by the Pedagogical Faculty of Tomsk State Pedagogical University is presented in the article, as well as the developed criterion-diagnostic tool for assessing the development of the professional competence of students-curators. We derive the relationship activities of a curator and labor activities of a teacher in accordance with the professional standards of the teacher.
