154 | Burnout has a devastating impact on the individual, his or her professional responsibilities and the work of the entire organization. The complexity and ambiguity of this phenomenon is reflected in the diversity of researchers’ positions on the nature, structure, mechanisms of occurrence and much more. This complicates the development of a holistic theoretical Foundation for empirical research. One of the most pressing issues in the development of a single conceptual apparatus is the definition of “burnout”. The main objective of our article was to analyze the existing positions in foreign and domestic literature on the definition of “burnout”. The aim was to generalize the experience of Western and domestic authors to identify invariant features in the definition of the concept. The analysis identified the following essential features of the definition of “burnout”: complexity and multidimensionality; procedural; the presence of meaningful psychological characteristics that have a negative orientation; protective functionality; impact on all substructures of the human personality; formation under the influence of personal and situational factors; lack of psychopathological basis. The results allow us to summarize the experience of foreign and domestic researchers, which represents some progress in the understanding of the nature and structure of burnout. An important element in such training is the use of elements of problem training, where the main result of training is the formation of certain economic competencies and increasing the level of independence in decision-making, forcing the learner to collect additional data, analyze, draw conclusions, be able to argue and prove the correctness of his judgments. In essence, the use of such methods of teaching allows to significantly increase the financial and economic literacy of the student, forming not only specific knowledge, but in general developing the outlook and properly forming a person’s worldview. The proposed sample assignments, formed under the theme Public Finance clearly demonstrate the taxonomy strategy for strengthening knowledge and skills, forming them in a gradual deepening and expansion of this topic, bringing the student to the creative finale, suggesting to speculate on the need for a budget in principle and the possibilities for changing the tax load in particular. These tasks are intended for students who have already fully formed their opinions, who have their own opinions and views on this topic, and therefore the goal of the teacher at this stage can be considered achieved. 159 | It is well known that language and culture are interdependent and interrelated. Learning language through the help of culture has been greatly acknowledged in the language field. Meanwhile, it has been proved that barriers of cross-culture communication are bound to affect language learning if we fail to learn language with the help of native language. Particularly, the international symposium “Russian Education in China in the Past 300 Years” was held in Shanghai in 2008, after which research on Chinese Russian education history has been discussed heatedly. Reviewing history, we can see that Russian education in China has gone through a rough road. This thesis discusses the necessity of introducing Chinese culture in Russian of Russian Major in Chinese Higher Education. Chinese students majoring in languages are lacking in a basic understanding of Chinese culture, therefore, they are having enormous difficulty in introducing Chinese politics, economy, civilization, history, tradition, etc. when communicating with foreigners. This not only prohibits the interaction between Chinese people and foreigners, but discourages the spread of Chinese civilization. That is why this thesis puts forward the idea of comparative study of target language and native language in Russian teaching in Chinese higher education in that it improves students’ language skill and disseminates the brilliant Chinese culture as well. 165 | This article is devoted to a generalized description and comparison of the development of pedagogical education in China and Russia. The main stages of the development of pedagogical education in China include: the birth and formation at the end of the Qing dynasty (1897−1911); development and streamlining in the period of the Republic of China (1912−1948); restructuring and transformation after the creation of the People’s Republic of China (1949 − to the present). The main stages of the development of pedagogical education in Russia include: the birth and formation in the period of Tsarist Russia (1779−1917); development and normalization in the period of the USSR (1918−1991); transformation and modernization in the period of the Russian Federation (1991 − up to the present). The difference in the specifics of the development of pedagogical education of two countries is seen at the stage of the state of origin, the fundamentals of development. The history of the development of pedagogical education in Russia is longer than in China. Its foundation was greatly influenced by religious foundations. Chin ese pedagogical education was created on the basis of the political goal of the state, although it was based on the ideas of Confucianism. The formation and development of Russian pedagogical education was due to the internal needs of the state, social demand. Chinese pedagogical education originated in the context of the national crisis, it was a necessary measure to preserve the integrity, strengthen the country. The policy has had a greater influence on the reform of pedagogical education in China than the development of pedagogical science. In the pedagogical education of Russia, the achievements of peda gogical science were more taken into account. Similarities are more evident at the level of contemporary tendencies in the development of pedagogical education, such as universitization, continuity, and openness. 166 | Understanding in the pedagogical context has always been regarded as one of the results of education. In pedagogy of collaborative activity this act has a special educational content. On the basis of the analysis of literature there can be allocated three functions of understanding: sense and meaning generating function, cognitive function and psychological function. Focusing on the attainment of the other person’s goals and motives a person rules out the possibility of understanding for the use of knowledge of the world (G. Ruzavin). In hermeneutics (E. Betty, G. Gadamer, Husserl, Heidegger) understanding involves, first of all, the knowledge of the outside world through the interpretation of texts. This representation makes it necessary to discuss the concept of pre-understanding, based on the «life» of the world and cultural tradition. And in this case, the act of understanding does not involve the joint nature of this action. As a result of the analysis of literature it is suggested that the generation of meaning is considered as a basic understanding of the function, the educational potential and educational content for maximum understanding and action is a condition for the establishment and implementation of the other functions of understanding: cognitive and psychological. It is in the pedagogy of collaborative activity the organization of the situations of understanding is seen as an act of generation of meaning, and it is considered as a basic characteristic of the educational content of the joint action and the basic part of educational content. Reliance on the meaning-function, as the basic organization of the work involves description, discussion and study of various personal experiences of the collaborative education. Understanding in this case is a situation causing collaborative education. This approach to educational content unit solves the problem of formalization of educational activities in schools, and fist of all the formalization of the implementation of the federal state educational standard of education of the new generation. It reduces the manipulative actions of adult and child at classes. And it serves as a condition for the formation of the character of the author’s actions as a result of education process and as an alternative to the normative and subjective nature of these actions. 171 | The article examines different views on the nature of intercultural communicative competence (ICC). A distinction between ICC and related terms (especially intercultural competence) has been made. A special attention is paid to different methods and ways of forming intercultural communicative competence. It is argued that an individual can never be completely “interculturally competent” because the development of ICC is a continuous and ongoing process. Different factors affecting the development of ICC such as context, time factor and learners’ individual capacitites have been established. In particular, time factor is very important since development of ICC may be lifelong especially when it comes to changes in attitudes, beliefs and mentality. It is argued that no generic curriculum can be created to form ICC for its development depends on numerous parameters. Different views on whether country studies are required to the development of ICC have been analyzed proving that country studies are necessary but not sufficient. It is shown that class activities alone can not be sufficient to form ICC: it is necessary for learners to engage in extracurricular activities, in intercultural contacts, use audiovisual means, media, social networks. All these practices will help learners understand that languages are a real form of communiation.
